We didn't want it too hot and had no problems whatsoever, as the chef listened to our concerns and made it beautiful. I'd never had the bread before called paratha and was pleasantly surprised. “​We had such a cracking experience at Hollybush—we were truly impressed! ​Right from the start, we felt welcome. The first staff member we spoke to, a young woman in black, was incredibly friendly and happy to answer all our questions. We had booked a table online, we noticed the tables had names on and then we found the table which had been allocated to us with our name on up in the back area with the kids' toys. Honestly, what a brilliant idea—it's such a thoughtful idea and keeps the little ones happy. ​When we ordered, the staff were all professional, efficient, and polite. The only slight disappointment was that quite a few things were off the menu—like the kebab, the whole pizza selection, and a specific gravy dip for the burger etc. ​We were told to expect a 40-minute wait for the food, but it arrived in around 30 mins and it was piping hot. The serving staff were attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were happy with the meals. ​To be honest, we expected typical, run-of-the-mill, cheap pub grub, but we were completely wrong! The food was genuinely decent and cooked perfectly. From the fries being perfectly crispy to the burger patties being nicely charred, and even the kids' mac and cheese (which can often be terrible at big chain pubs) was great. ​The pub itself is huge, with so many different areas—it's a real breath of fresh air. We had an outstanding time, and we'll definitely be back very soon to dine with you again. Please do pass on our highest regards to the staff from yesterday—they were absolutely fab!”

“This is a lovely cafe called Tapri, it's our first visit. There is a lovely atmosphere, and a well considered stylish mix off seating choices. The staff were pleasant, we decided to try their special offers of ..'Toasties, Panni or backed potato with filling and a drink for under £6.00. We both enjoyed our meal, one tried a 'Cheese and Tomatoe Toastie with brown bread and a Peppermint Tea'. Whilst l had a 'Ham and Cheese Panni and an English Breakfast Tea', it was really tasty and was served with a side salad with tortillas. We both enjoyed the atmosphere and meal. Therefore, we would both easily recommend it and would definitely return to this cafe again.”
