“This is the nicest, friendliest hotel i have stayed in. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. Michelle in particular stands out. She works on reception and is so friendly and chatty. Extremely helpful and always has a smile to welcome you through the door. The staff in the pub next door are also super helpful and friendly. They really do everything to make it a home from home. I definitely recommend”

“Hotel: easy to find via postcode and a lot of retail shops close but. Car parking: really easy to park with plenty of spaces. However, seperate to hotel but reasonably priced. Overall experience: receptionists were amazing and went above and beyond to endure I had a comfortable experience. I was greeted with a friendly smile from Bejja and also Fatima whom both equally share the same devotion to their work. Only downside would be the room of 508, the shower head needs descaling but that doesn't deserve a drop in stars... Thank you Premier Inn an amazing stay”

“This is a nice cafe only ever used this cafe in Bloxwich Albert who runs the place is a nice man he now’s I eat a lot and always dose me a large plate of what ever I order. The food tastes home made and he dose a bostin burger and a bostin cheese and potato pie. This place as kept going and going even survived lock down. I give 5 star all the way”

“AWESOME PLACE! We had a fantastic experience at The Waterfront Hungry Horse! The food arrived hot, sizzling, and absolutely delicious, full of flavour and clearly cooked with care. The staff were brilliant from start to finish, especially Dee, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The atmosphere was warm and cosy, with plenty of comfortable seating and a great layout that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your meal. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. I genuinely love this place and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!”

“Right, this place needs to be on your radar if you're looking for a brilliant curry and mixed grill. The venue is fantastic and well presented. The Desi Lamb was devine. I will be coming again with the whole family. This place is seriously underrated. Just a great night of food and football. The Naan breads are delicious. A great night had by us all.”

“I was craving some Chinese food, so I found this place 4 minutes from my house, I had king prawn chow mien and king prawn in chilli and garlic sauce. The food was delicious! Good service, parking space within the premises and contactless payment is accepted, which was a big deal for me!”

“Visited on Sunday 21st December and we were looked after by Sam, who was super attentive, polite, and very likeable. She has a lovely personality and made sure we were comfortable throughout the evening. The food was excellent. I had the lamb shank shepherd’s pie, which was incredibly tender, rich in flavour, and topped with the most delicious mash. The venue itself was dressed beautifully for Christmas — warm, cosy, and with perfectly chosen ambient music that really set the scene. Thank you to the whole team at Himley House. “Following my visit on Saturday night I was surprised that there are so many negative reviews of this place. Further investigation reveals that some of them look a bit suspect with one even posting a picture of a different Le Raj. I haven't been here for around 25 years, for no reason other than I don't go into this part of Gornal very often and so it got overlooked. It would have been again but for Google. I chose it because it was thankfully air conditioned, offered BYOB as well licensed, local and the parking is not too bad either. We had a good time here, the staff are very friendly and the service attentive. The atmosphere was good too, quite busy and very much a locals place but having survived so long given the size of Gornal is testament to them. There was one overly loud table but there usually is. The mandatory (for us) poppadoms and chutney tray were nice, unusually featuring a tamarind dip, I guess mango chutney could be available if requested. We went straight into the mains which we really enjoyed, I had a very flavoursome Syleti Bhuna and the wife had an equally tasty balti which she said was 'gorgeous'. Both were very large portions but the chicken and chicken tikka in each was a fraction dry. The sides were very good, especially and unusually, so were the chips. The prices are reasonable with the specials at around £10.50. We won't be leaving it too long until our next visit.”

“We visited the Seven Stars in Sedgley for the First time today for a meal out. Being Disabled I was pleasantly surprised to Find the the Disabled parking bays next to the ramp leading into the main entrance. Inside it was well laid out into several eating areas so we easily found a table then ordered our meal at the bar. We were served by a very nice young lady Laurie-Jo, We both ordered the fish and chips. Shortly after getting back to our seats the meal was served by a member of the kitchen staff he was very helpful and attentive. The meal was very well presented and cooked to perfection. While eating our food we noticed Laurie-Jo Thoroughly cleaning the empty tables thereby maintaining the pristine condition of the interior of the Seven Stars. Overall we enjoyed our meal and visit and can thoroughly Recommend the Seven Stars. We will visit again in the near future.”

“First time we have ordered from Golden house normally if we order Chinese food we have curry each with fried rice and a portion of mushrooms to share. Curry and rice beautifully cooked generous portions including mushrooms in curry actually didn't need extra mushrooms however these were again beautifully cooked with vegetables as well. Will definitely order from here again and would recommend”
