“Shopping at Donnington store today after a long time between visits. Travelling on escalator from Upper floor to ground my hubby who struggles with the effects of Parkinsons missed stepping off the escalator and fell. Two wonderful people who were behind us helped out and stayed with him while I paid for Shopping so I could get him home. The staff nearby were also very quick to respond were attentive and helped me complete my purchases through the checkout. I can't thank you all enough. Sorry I didn't get anyone's names. “I have been going to Cavan Vets for over 9 years and have always been pleased with the service both my dogs have received. Over the last few months my dog Freddie developed a lump on his neck and Nathan the vet at the Oxley branch has been looking after him , he has had to try many things to find out what has caused the problem but I trusted him totally and believed he would do his best for my dog, we have had many appointments , Freddie has had a biopsy, a operation , had to have fluid drained , it has been a very worrying time but Freddie is doing really well and I would like to thank Nathan and the staff for looking after Freddie, for all you kindness and support you gave us .
