“Sue Ryder is a Great shop , everything thing is £1. The Cheapest Charity shop In Aberdeen and Environs. Fantastic staff and shopping experience.”
“I simply cannot recommend this shop enough. I made two trips to it, and was fortunate enough to find the very things I was looking for on both occasions (the Harry Potter series plus a few more books) - everything being very generously priced. If you're in Aberdeen, you should definitely give it a visit as it is quite close to the city center which you will probably visit anyway. In summary, if fate is kind, you might actually find the objects of your interest; otherwise, prepare to be pleasantly surprised, because you will probably not come out of the shop empty handed. P.S. The old lady is very warm and welcoming as well.”
“Perfect clothing shop, bursting with quality products and goid advice. Helpful staff who are not at all pushy. Love this place”
“A great charity shop. Small, but quality items and quick turnover so that there is always something new. Especially appreciate the variety and quality of toys here.”

“Helpful friendly staff, even got Quality Streets while I waited for my package!!”
“This is a great charity shop. High quality items at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and well presented displays which change several times each week. Well worth visiting.”
“Lovely baguettes and the jumbo chicken drumsticks are the best. Really handy place when I'm passing through Foresterhill.”
“Very helpful staff. Assistant named Christopher on his badge, went the extra mile for me as I was short on time and got my pet tag engraved before his other orders. Chatted away pleasantly and made sure I had a seat to wait on. I would definitely return. He told me he had only been there 4 weeks and was still learning but the service was fantastic by all 3 staff.”
“Didn’t stock the show I was looking for but the friendly staff gave me some other shop recommendations to check out!”
“Gear and staff best in Aberdeen hands down, not sure where the low reviews come from tbh. Pros - excellent floor layout split into designer items, mens, women's, fitness and bits n bobs - great social media platform on Instagram - always some really cool stuff for sale to wear and/or resell - the shoes here are actually pretty sick, not something I can say for many places! - the staff are sick in comparison to some reviews, chat is ace, they take an interest into what you want from your shop and who you are, understandably a stressful environment for them but I've always had myself prioritised when I make an effort to say hello Cons - purely from a resale and bargain perspective - pricey. PDSA are one of the first charity shops in Aberdeen to gear towards a modern younger audience and I appreciate that. Business wise I think PDSA are very forward thinking and smart in branding”
“Great store pretty straightforward. Visited to pick up my item that paid for online. Pick up was reasonably fast parking isn’t an issue either you have free parking for two hours.”
“Great customer service and full of bargains! I picked up some very cheap children’s books, all in good condition.”
“my favourite shop i’ve ever been to, all the staff are very friendly and attentive, only shame they don’t have plastic bags”
“I am so annoyed with myself that I didn’t catch the name of the girl that served me. She had a head scarf on and she was absolutely fantastic. I had bought a BBQ for my mother’s birthday and one of the legs was faulty. The kind clerk really went above and beyond to help me and the problem was quickly resolved when it could have been extremely difficult as I didn’t have my receipt. I hope she sees this and knows that her service was excellent and I really appreciate the time and effort she took to resolve the problem. Thank you again.”
“Great service, very knowledgeable and helpful”
“My experience exceeded expectations. My order arrived a lot sooner than expected, and I'm very satisfied with it. Thanks Hanon! I'll certainly make a purchase in the future!”
“We buy something here every visit. Best charity shop in Aberdeen in our opinion. Good quality items. Nicely presented. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. If you are treasure hunting in Aberdeen, come here first.”
“A shop worthy of a trip to see as I’ve been delighted by the staff and treasures alike, but for a charity shop the main focus is clothes and you won't always find what you're looking for, so maybe The British Red Cross shop is best as a casual visit to discover your next treasured bargain.”
