“I would like to share publicly how impressed I am with the service I received from brand max on the boucher Rd. Giving special mention to the manager Jason and Vanessa the sales assistant, who both went above and beyond to help me with my issue. They tried everything to source me a matching pair of shoes I was looking for and called me on multiple occasions to keep me updated on their progress even calling me to let me know that the return time had nearly lapsed and to ensure that I didn't miss the deadline and loose out on my money. I'm not sure of any time in any other store where I have been treated with such attention and kindness. Other retailers should take notice, because for this shop its definitely not a case of if its not on the shelf it's not there. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.”

“I needed a wee baby buggy quickly and I ordered and picked up in store within 30 mins. A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !! Thank you very much Gareth ( I hope I remembered your name correctly ) your help was very much appreciated on a stressful day.”

I purchased my kids' school uniform and didn't need to bother about the sizes as the staff were very helpful, quick and well experienced in determining my kids' sizes. They also offered generous help when my oldest son needed a big fit size of the blazers that wasn't available at the store; they called me the next day to tell me that they brought his size for me to go take it.”
