There are very occasionally a long wait time for calls to be answered but nothing like I experienced with the previous surgery that I was registered with so overall, quick answering time. “I attended today with my son who was suffering an asthma attack and I cannot praise the staff in there highly enough. From the nurses constantly checking on him and always having a smile on their faces to his Dr whose name was Chris who went above and beyond! The staff were under serious pressure and a number of parents were giving them grief. Can I just ask if you attend be prepared for a long wait as the NHS is overstretched and those in there are fighting everyday to make sure the sickest and most critical kids are taken care of. Be patient with them as the wait times are not their fault but exacerbated by parents taking their kids up as they have a cold and temperature. Once again I cannot praise the staff enough !”
