“Excellent customer service from Ryan Smyth in clothes collection 25/4/25. It must have been a difficult day for this young man, as the computer system, required for clothes collection, had been suspended due to a recent cyber attack. I added to his troubles, as I was using a new phone and hadn't yet downloaded my Gmail or M&S apps. I'd arrived without my order number. He was very patient - offering tech advice etc. After finding my order no. and searching for the item in store - I was horrified to remember that the item was going to take an unusual 2 weeks to arrive and wouldn't be in store for another week. What an idiot I was. Poor Ryan. I had wasted ten minutes of his already busy day. Yet, he was still pleasant and customer focused. There was no sign of annoyance. This guy is perfect in a customer service role. You can't teach it. It's a natural talent. Well done Ryan. Ten out of ten.”

“Everything under three sun, an extensive food hall that is always very well stocked. A large of clothes and household items. It's the staff that really make this shop.”

“Really clean store, lots of options and fresh dates. People say M&S can be expensive to do a grocery shop but the deals and offers we availed of had our dinners sorted for the week on a £50 gift card. Only thing I would say was the amount of staff in the aisles was really overwhelming at times. There was 4 staff members in the crisp aisle with us and it's not a long aisle.”

“This is a beautiful building. Extremely clean and bright. Lots of shops all different. I think they could do with more seating for customers walking through the building when your older you do need to rest here and. There. Great parking and it's Free. Good for wheelchairs and you have excess to the main town of Antrim. I definitely will go back again.”

“Staff was super helpful. My youngest daughter loves fashion and the staff interacted with her which she loved and wants to go back. She is only 10 so the attention they gave her made her day. Kids are often overlooked in the shops so this was a great way to show her attention as a customer”

“I would really like to thank the workers there, they are kind and helpful, even in the most difficult situations they don't blink when you ask them for help. Today I noticed the clock at the last minute of the bus arrival and the line in front of the cashier was long, I went to the worker closest to me to give her what I had, I was embarrassed to ask her to return the item to another floor , Even though she was busy, she kindly took it and smiled "sure. No problem." This is not the first time a situation occurs that reflects the kindness and cheerfulness of the workers there. Many many thanks to you guys”

“Took my son to Next at Abbeycentre to buy a suit for a day at the races. Great selection of styles. Good fitting rooms, spacious shop. Best of all was the service from a lady named Lyndsay. Despite being very busy, nothing was too much trouble for her as she advised my son on style, fit and even contacted another branch when his size wasn’t in stock. Highly recommended.”
