“A solid store for a full weekly shop. It has a much better selection of non-food items than the standard Superstores. Parking is plentiful, which is a huge plus. My only knock is that the fresh produce (fruit/veg) can sometimes be hit-or-miss on freshness, and the checkout queues can get long during peak hours. Otherwise, very convenient.”

“It was Tue 25th of march 25 an I asked a girl at the till her opinion on wat I had picked to buy to wear for an interview which was the next day ,the girl was very helpful and even went an picked another item for me.she was so polite and helpful tht I got th job next day .hope fully sh sees this .I was the girl wearing a red top with a black leather jacket. “Really clean store, lots of options and fresh dates. People say M&S can be expensive to do a grocery shop but the deals and offers we availed of had our dinners sorted for the week on a £50 gift card. Only thing I would say was the amount of staff in the aisles was really overwhelming at times. There was 4 staff members in the crisp aisle with us and it's not a long aisle.”

“Excellent customer service from Ryan Smyth in clothes collection 25/4/25. It must have been a difficult day for this young man, as the computer system, required for clothes collection, had been suspended due to a recent cyber attack. I added to his troubles, as I was using a new phone and hadn't yet downloaded my Gmail or M&S apps. I'd arrived without my order number. He was very patient - offering tech advice etc. After finding my order no. and searching for the item in store - I was horrified to remember that the item was going to take an unusual 2 weeks to arrive and wouldn't be in store for another week. What an idiot I was. Poor Ryan. I had wasted ten minutes of his already busy day. Yet, he was still pleasant and customer focused. There was no sign of annoyance. This guy is perfect in a customer service role. You can't teach it. It's a natural talent. Well done Ryan. Ten out of ten.”

“Everything under three sun, an extensive food hall that is always very well stocked. A large of clothes and household items. It's the staff that really make this shop.”

If you're looking to pick up all of your food for around 25 quid per person per week, there's no better option around in 2024. 5 quid for a two kilo chicken, 3.50 for eight giant sausages, and 2 quid for 30 frozen fishsticks. Milk, potatoes, carrots, sauces, generic soda, some crisps, generic cereal, flour, eggs, and bread round out your budget. Not bad in this day and age!”

“Great shop selling everything you could possibly need. Lovely fresh fruit and vegetables and some great meat products. There is also a Post Office on the premises which is really handy. Staff are friendly and parking is free although you may have to wait for a free space.”

“Great experience at Tesco rathmore ,gad been up for a magazine but unable to buy as no registered code , went back few days later,same thing. Spoke to a lovely guy who was the manager, and went back after Easter and very apologetic , as he does not know the problem why it cannot be sold, and as i had been up a few times, gave me a choice of a free magazine, for the hassle if coming up all the times i did . “Opted to shop here more frequently due to Asda being a total mess and I have to say this store is far superior and has much more selection and quality of items in comparison. I don’t need to worry if they will have the items I need in stock anymore because this store typically has everything I need. They also raise for charity by putting blue coins into your chosen school/charity which I like being able to do once I check out my items. Very pleased with this store and happy it’s in reasonable distance to shop from.”

“Any amount of parking, in fact the carpark could hold 12 busses. Sadly no electric chargers on site. Big story with plenty of choice”

“I was in store today 20th of November around 3:30 and called by the yo sushi stand. The two gentlemen working there were so pleasant. It was a lovely surprise and made me actually want to buy something. Before walking away they offered me soy sauce and ginger as well, which I didn’t know was available. These gentlemen need to be recognized as sometimes it is easy to not speak or ‘disturb’ shoppers”
