“Stephen is a credit to your team. My son was struggling with school shoe shopping and we'd already had some close to meltdown moments in the Abbey Centre. When we entered Nandos I explained that he was struggling with the volume etc (in the shops) and we were just seeing if he felt ok to eat here. Stephen immediately offered us a quiet area in the back and got the music system turned down. He checked in a couple of further times. One of the best restaurant experiences I've had with my son, we do it so rarely because he finds it tough, so thank you ever so much!”

“I went to riverside bar and restaurant because I am a guest at the hotel, they were busy around 5:30pm so a lovely man asked me if I wouldn’t mind to come at 7:30, I said it was not an issue! 7:26pm I got down for dinner and was promptly seated at 7:28pm, was asked if I wanted water for the table and I said yes, restaurant was a bit more quiet than earlier, I had some colleagues join my table. Two tables next to mine also got seated. Time passes and the waiter never came, it’s around 7:40pm and he goes to the other two tables and asks for their drinks and if they were ready to order, it’s now 7:51pm and still no attention to our table, we starting discussing about just leaving and going somewhere else, he comes 1/2min later and asks if we are ready? We said yes, we ordered mains and also starters afraid he would never come back to ask for our mains. Wine glasses were never removed from the table (as a waiter the wine glasses tells you that the guests are still waiting on the drinks order, unless it’s different over here) one of the glasses had lipstick on the rim and mine had a chip on it. Food came we were very pleased with the flavors, food was really good, I would totally recommend this restaurant for the food, the service could be better but other than that we really liked it.”

“Had lunch here last week for the first time and it was some of the best dim sum I have had in fact it was excellent. If you want some authentic Chinese dim sum I would certainly recommend this place.”

“Food is delicious, and portion sizes are OK. We have only had one issue when we didn't receive our full order. We contacted the shop and the problem was rectified very quickly and they gave us cookies for free for the inconvenience. Staff are always friendly and booking online is easy and quick.”

“Im a long time customer of the East Belfast branch as its right next door to me. I cant say enough good about the place. The staff are friendly/helpful and they know me as a regular now. A pizza is always made bang on time (within 15mins if its not busy which is as fast as a fresh McDs for reference) and I've never had a wrong order. One time they were out of one of my usual toppings late on just before closing and gave me a couple of dips for free to compensate. In my opinion their pizza is beaut. I especially like the dough they use as its different from most places. Toppings are never less than youd want. Their deals are absolutely fantastic. Mon-Thurs 1300-1600hrs you can get a 12" pizza plus a soft drink for £7. Show me a better pizza deal than that. Theres a reason Im a regular here, its great. - Stuart P.s.
