“Staying on the travel lodge upstairs. Had bacon sandwich and large latte. The coffee is lovely much better than some big brands and the sandwich was lush. My egg was runny and bacon crispy. Highly recommended. I ll be back again defo my new fav cafe in town”

“Best local shop from the big brand name supermarkets I have ever visited and I will explain why. Local shops are not something the big supermarkets do well. They tend to follow an aloof structure that works well when simply piling high and selling cheap but that then lacks the human interaction and warmth when you just want to pick up a little shop. This Co-Op has the nicest and most professional staff I have come across in a long while. First thing I notice is that they have a wide diversity of people working there and that is always nice to see. Then there is the knowledge of the staff. They know their stuff. On occasion they do come acropper such as when you present an unknown voucher or coupon. Some might say its a negative but whenever someone isn't sure they chase it up and get the information you need. No one knows everything and its refreshing when people put their hand up and admit it. And its even better when they then take the time to get you the right answer and fix anything that went wrong. The prices in the store are pretty good too given that its a local and such shops tend to have higher prices. I really like the ample parking spaces at the front and down the side as you can easily get of the Hagley Road without issue. And then it easy to rejoin given the double width exit. I also appreciate the neighbouring shops, from the vets to the pub, which make it a more productive visit. I highly recommend this branch of the Co-Op.”

“I went into buy a charger for my phone whilst staying in a hotel for the night, they didn't have one but the worker was amazing, his customer service skills were on point, he googled where to get one and how to get there! Without him I'd of been phone less for the night(I'm not from the area and was out for a work meeting) so Thankyou so much, you could of said no and sent me on my way but you went out of your way to help me!! Ps your eyebrows are actually on fleek!! Customer serverice was on point!”

“I go here any time I have late night munchies and Asda 24hr or something is closed , defo ideal on a Sunday when Asda has shut at 4, lots to choose frI’m in the shop , even quite a few American sweets chocolate crisps etc. also tango ice blast machines , milkshake machine etc. not had a bad experience here and have visited on quite a few occasions. There’s a car park also which is always a plus”

“I didn’t end up buying anything during my visit, as I just needed to use the washroom — but I was genuinely impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. One team member even personally walked me to the toilet door, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to see such considerate service these days, even when someone isn’t a paying customer.
