“I only leave reviews when things make me happy or go above and beyond expectation. I visit this Sainsbury’s twice sometimes 3 times a week. It’s close to home and has super fast chargers for the car which is great. However want to say a special appreciation to a member of staff called Stephen, he always says hello, he’s always busy and rushing to help people and clear things away or tidy up displays and stock. If I ever see him in the evening he always tanks me and wishes me a good night. I don’t know anything about him other than his name and he works at Sainsbury’s Tamworth. But thank you Stephen for your efforts, kind words and just making me boring trips to the shop a bit more tolerable”
“Like the layout. Easy to find stuff. Have good offers on clothes. Food is always fresh and good quality. Parking is convenient. Petrol station is on the grounds and good prices. Great location near a retail park and in the town centre. Easy to stop off forr some extra bits or a full shop.”
“Shop staff really friendly and helpful. Shop has most everyday items good flavours in elf and geek bars.”
“HUGE!!! Can do a massive clothing shop here!!! Probably very expensive though! So many options to Christmas presents and unique items in the home and habitat sections. My favourite sainsburys by far!! Staff are lovely and patient. Car park is huge. Shelves were well stocked. Toilets available.”
“Been using this store for years. Great quality produce. You need to keep an eye on price if you are looking for best value, but many lines are quite reasonable.”
“Absolutely loved it!! This is the first time I go into a Waitrose and it honestly made me fall in love with food all over again. So many amazing choices and opened my eyes to a lot of new things I should be adding to my fridge and cupboards.”
“Whenever I’m working in this area of Birmingham I always pop into this cafe for something to eat. I highly recommend the mega massive breakfast wrap which is huge! Always does me for breakfast & lunch. Haven’t tried anything else as yet but I’m sure I will at some point, definitely a hidden gem opposite the beeches pub.”
“I love coming here on my college days, + think the staff are super friendly. I'm not sure if I remember a lady with red hair, but the lady with brown hair (apologies for not knowing your name) is a sweetheart + it's a shame I've not seen her here much lately Especially nice on a rainy morning, or a sunny afternoon (before going to say hi to the geese)”
“Good variety of products and very fresh, also quite cheap if you compare it with other similar stores”
“Good Shop this, nice Staff though they don't look Polish. Still good quality food. The bloke who serves on the counter looks a bit shifty. I guess am not the only one who thinks he's not polish...”
“A great variety of products. Meat and fish are best quality available in supermarkets. Good prices. Lots of options for dairy, fruts, cooked meals (refrigerated or frozen), drinks, bakery. There are several self-served machines in your way out, so the wait is never long. Recommended!”
“£2.67 too good too go bag how tf can you moan about that f'in banging. Love it”
“I came in last minute and filled a basket full of treats, yes sadly I was one of the those customers but I was desperate.. Well, at Checkout I was looked after by a lovely young lady Tina, and it’s primarily for her service I have left this review. Tina is a very pleasant and helpful young lady who deserves recognition, especially at the very end of her 10pm shift. She checked my items out, provided guidance on Vapes and encouraged my enrolment in the COOP card rewards scheme. Overall a nice experience thanks to Tina who manages finesse in friendliness, efficiency, knowledge and company policy/growth. Thanks Tina!”

“I went today for 3 breakfast baguettes whilst working in the area. Very friendly staff, clean cafe and the food was stunning. I had a sausage baguette and the baguette was a tiger style bread it was gorgeous. I also ordered an oreo cheesecake and my god it did not disappoint. Currently stuffing my face with it now, it's gorgeous. Next time I'm in the area I'm 100% coming back. One of the best breakfast baguettes I've had.”

“Iceland is fantastic they have every sourced food. Great place to shop”
“Went here for lunch from finding it on Google maps. It really is a lovely pub & the food was exceptional . They grow , cook & bake most of the food in house . It was so nice to visit a traditional family owned pub & restaurant in the countryside which isnt a chain . The lady who served us was very friendly too. Its also situation beside a small lake & has ample outdoor seating.”
“A very friendly staff member than any other branch never intimidated me even I look came from the farm”
“Iceland in Sutton Coldfield is always well stocked, no matter what I’m shopping for. The shelves are consistently full, making it easy to find everything I need without having to visit multiple stores. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s assisting with finding items or offering a friendly chat, the customer service really stands out. The store also benefits from a great-sized car park, which makes popping in quick and convenient. Overall, it’s a really reliable and well run shop with excellent staff and stock availability whether thats Frozen, Grocery or Chilled. Highly recommended to anyone.”
“Great place to shop. Typically fully stocked with plenty of options. Car park can be busy between 10-6pm. After 7pm it's quieter and a more peaceful shop”
“Great store, with a wide selection of stock and produce. Iceland always have great prices and this store is not exception.”
