At my first visit I was given not only all the information I could ask for, but also a gentleness and personal care that was to be honest quite unexpected. The day I went to have the implants fitted I was still slightly dreading what would happen, but I was helped to feel safe and actually remember nothing of the actual process. The temporary fitting worked really well, I was shown how to look after it and on the follow up visit given an electric toothbrush, a water flosser, and other bits and pieces. Most importantly I never felt judged or inadequate in any way. I wouldn't want to single anyone out as Mr Shergill and all the nursing and admin staff were professional, cheerful and kind. And I am not only delighted with the final result, I thank them all for making the experience so easy.”

“Had a service done on my car at a large car dealership in Halesowen. I was quoted over £500 for repairs that apparently needed to be carried out urgently. The faults were not explained in detail eventhough I asked several times. I sought a second opinion at Lee's Auto's. I felt very welcome and my questions were answered easily, with such warmth too. To cut a long story short, my car was fixed there and then ( I hadn't booked an appointment) and it cost me waaaay less than the original £500+ quoted! I would have happily paid more just for the great customer service alone. Thank you Jamie and all other staff at Lee's Auto's.
