“Excellent service with friendly staff but there is one point that I’d like to mention. Many people wait outside the door for taxi’s or lifts from family or friends. Why can’t you put a bench or two for people waiting, many of whom are older or have medical issues which make standing an uncomfortable experience. Benches would be a much welcomed addition.”

“Went to this walk in centre today for the first time. Was having second thoughts about this place as I had read some bad reviews on it. I was surprised to see how negative some people can be. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly & welcoming. I didn’t have to wait too long as you usually have to but maybe because I went in at about 8.45 so it wasn’t very busy. I was seen by a lovely lady who checked me & prescribed what was needed & I was out of there by 9.30. So not a bad experience. I Will definitely go again if I ever needed to.”

“I have never had a problem, I've been with this surgery for many years. Yes it takes a while to get through on the phone. But it's very rare that I can't get an appointment especially if it's a real emergency. All the reception staff are very friendly. “All of my experiences with clerical staff up to the Providers have been kind and compassionate. I have had some complicated issues that has required a lot of untangling to get my name correct, my records, everything that could go wrong, has. The clerical staff had been nothing but knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. This is the second GP I've had here in UK and by far the best. The Providers take their time and I never feel rushed and always feel heard. I wish they had more appointment availability as it is always hard to get an appointment.”

“Really good experience. Had to book an urgent appointment and I had the pleasure of having Dr Khushnud. I shared my concerns and she didn’t once make me feel like I was wasting her time or anything. She was reassuring, gave me a thorough examination and gave me advice on what to do next. I don’t generally have positive experiences in GPs but I felt a lot better after speaking to Dr Khushnud.
