She makes you feel at ease and relaxed, the shop is clean as well as all the equipment they use! “My local BMW/Mini dealership wanted to charge an extortionate amount of money to fix a faulty on my Mini Cooper Automatic transmission. I had this fixed by Ian who put me in touch with Marc, his business partner. As I was travelling from over 3 hours away and needed a full service & MOT it seamed a perfect situation to get it done at same time. Initially I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't know the area and it was long way for me to travel. Marc and Ian made it very clear in their communications of the work they would carry out and the costings. For me they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
