“Staying on the travel lodge upstairs. Had bacon sandwich and large latte. The coffee is lovely much better than some big brands and the sandwich was lush. My egg was runny and bacon crispy. Highly recommended. I ll be back again defo my new fav cafe in town”

“This is a lovely Starbucks located in The Fort shopping park. It's tidy, clean and has the usual things Starbucks normally has. The staff here are wonderfully helpful and friendly and really make it a great space to have a coffee and do an hour or so of work. Would recommend a visit.”

“This is the second location of costa which I have tried. This place has a nice ambience and is a good place to sit and spend your time. I had a flight early in the morning and had a layover of about 9:00 hours. Stayed couple of hours here and had good time. Their mint tea is nice and the snacks they got are great too.”

“Visited Costa inside Asda Great Bridge early in the morning and was met with excellent service from Adrian. He was positive, helpful and had great communication skills – even encouraged me to download the Costa app, which I appreciated. “I had the pleasure of dining at Rising Café yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff providing excellent customer service. My wife ordered the club chicken sandwich, while I had sourdough bread topped with avocado and a fried egg. Both dishes were absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the ambiance of the café. I’m already looking forward to returning and exploring more of their menu. Highly recommend!”

He confidently said, “if you like coffee, ONE1 is the best in Birmingham.” If you would have said that 10 years ago, it would be easy to believe. Given the where the coffee scene in Birmingham is now, there are too many good Independents to choose. For my personal taste, Espresso Quarter, located in the Jewellery Quarter, has the best tasting oat flat white in Birmingham. Still, if you want fabulous espresso (house blend or single origin) or filter, ONE1 is a great choice. The barista has high accolades, having worked at Birmingham’s best independents including Quarter Horse. He is passionate about well crafted coffee. What’s cool. Not only is the coffee great tasting, the latte art and coffee wares are of the highest order.”

“Came here with my mom, atmosphere is 10/10. The decorations are lovely, nice homely feel. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, always checking up on us. The chips were tasty and the cocktails were lovely too. Everything about this place was great. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.”

“An awesome local independent coffee shop with their own roaster. Coffee is great and the homemade cakes and treats are delicious. The folks who run Under Pressure are lovely. I’ve joined in a communal Saturday morning crossword a number of times and it’s the perfect weekend morning activity.”

“Been meaning to come here for a while, heard good things and I wasnt disappointed. Firstly thr location is pretty good, close to town but far enough so you can get easily parked. There is free parking just outside for at least 2 hours, plenty of time. Upon entering,there's a cool water feature with the cafe logo. Thr ambience is nice and it's decorated very nicely. The staff are really nice too very friendly and the food and drinks is served very quick. We went at a busy time and still got our drinks n food pretty quickly. Thr food itself is great very tasty nice range and perfect for breakfast or lunch. I had a persian breakfast and the flavours were great. The drinks were really nice too and made fresh and nicely presented. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be back!!”

“I had a medium size breakfast but couldnt eat it all. It was beautiful. Large rashers of short back bacon 2 large sausages beans toms egg and fried bread. The staff were so pleasant. I only went there after good reviews from people I know. Oh large mug of tea!!”
