A few years ago I had to have a tooth extracted and Marston Green Dental Practice made me feel so comfortable. I haven’t been for a few years and was nervous as I saw they had new Dentists, I was booked in with Charmaine and she made me feel at ease. I wasn’t anxious, she did an x-ray and spoke with me about the options we had going forward about my teeth. I’m booked in for another extraction and a filling and for the first time in my life I’m not scared about going to the dentist. Can’t praise them enough.”

Following that, I had the most thorough and comprehensive hygiene appointment I’ve ever experienced, with Olivia the hygienist. She was incredibly detailed in both her examination and treatment, taking the time to explain every step and the reasoning behind her methods. She also gave me clear, practical advice on how to maintain good hygiene between visits—something no other hygienist has done to this level before. The reception team also deserves praise. Warm, compassionate, and always smiling, they made me feel welcomed and understood, especially given the personal circumstances that led me to seek a new dental practice. “After 6 weeks of excruciating pain being fobbed off by 111 and other NHS dentists with constant antibiotics, I saw Dr Benjamin who was non other than amazing I’m a extremely anxious and nervous patient, who’s past experiences with the dentist haven’t been great with care. I had a massive abscess to which on the second visit (after having some strong antibiotics) hadn’t gone down and was sent to the hospital to the maxfax team to drain it. I had a follow up call from the dentist and booked in to have the tooth removed. Thank you for looking after me and giving me the best care. I’m also entitled to NHS treatment but I would rather pay to been seen by BFD because there care and compassion is next to none ** please update your days & times your open **”
