“I know that parking is limited at busy times and it's chargeable. But it is secure and well laid out and the staff here have never let me down in any way they had control over. From the paramedics and staff in A&E to the ward staff, paediatric staff, maternity staff, blood test staff and consultant teams. I am always greeted with respect and patience. I have to report that I was once spoken to disrespectfully by a consultant, but I have had every courtesy since including apologies and never having to see that person again and in fairness I do understand that they are all human beings and we can all have bad days. I can only imagine the hardships they have to go through on a regular basis and I am more than grateful for the work they all do and the comfortable atmosphere that create to help us all feel better. Yes, sometimes demand is such that organisation suffers and you are 'messed around' and inconvenienced to a point you can get pretty frustrated... But it is definitely not through lack of trying to provide the best care possible given the existing resources.”

“Great doctors and good co operative reception staff, I used to have diabetes type 1 but after stomach operation in which half stomach is removed so person can eat less , i done that and after that I lost 40kg so from 120 kg i gone to 80 kg and my type1 diabetes gone, but doctors still do after six months my diabetes blood test, so doctor wrote me blood and i called receptionist she said nurse is fully booked but if there is cancellation she will let me know so luckily there was cancellation so i get 3.30 appointment with aileen nurse who is friendly, she so her job very well she taken my blood and i never felt any pain, she is very experienced I know her 16 years working there, she done her job with attention and care, and her attitude was also good, because i have few blood test so taken blood in 3 small tubes, i am telling truth i did not feel pain of needle, she is very experienced nurse, she always check which vein is better to be taken blood out and same day 8 pm i get my results in my online thing so in 4 hours i found out my results around 8pm, receptionist staff is excellent on explaining and solving patients issues, i am so many health issues so i see doctors and nurses regularly, both are cooperative, friendly, doing their work with attention and due care, i never have any bad experience in 16 years i been registered there.thanks Gate Medical Centre”

“I have had the best care through Eve Hill, they always answer their phones and they always give assistance. It’s rare to not get an appointment and the doctors are good and effective especially Dr Shukla, he is very thorough and that’s a fresh rarity given how the medical system is currently in the country. It’s sad i moved to Wednesbury and i will be moving GP as soon as i find a new one. I wish i didn’t have to be forced to do so honestly. Keep up the good work Eve Hill.”

“On Sunday 18th August I had to attend Parkside for 2 skin biopsies. I had a headache all morning and after the first biopsy my headache kicked in full force. The receptionist was absolutely amazing and helped my partner look after me. She gave me painkillers, a pillow to lie down with and offered a blanket to. If it was for this angel of a woman I don't think I would've made it to the 2nd biopsy. Can't thank the lovely staff here enough.”

“Lovely practice, easy to get same day phone appointment, you dont get an out of order or gave to hang on the phone for an hour. Their system recognises your place in the queue and the receptionist calls you back. When I couldn't have access to phone during the day they listened and ensured I was offered after 5pm appointments. Dr's are helpful, nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Much better than my last GP practice that my husband is still with.”

I am autistic and I do have ADHD. I am absolutely shocked how professional, kind and absolutely amazing they both were! The room was loud as there was other patients in the room, I told them that I am really struggling. Pam went and got us a quiet room. Both of them have been very supportive I cannot express enough how welcome and heard they made me feel. I must say I have not expected nor experienced such a great service and kindness! THANK YOU♥️”

I've been messed about so much by a different mechanic I had nearly given up!!! Johnny is a great bloke. The mechanics are good lads as well. Very happy with the work in fact I'm going to use them to replace my suspension which needs doing. Spoke to Johnny about this today. Got a good price too and the work comes with a warranty. I've just read some of the reviews on here with people moaning about labour costs. It's a business not a charity. I use garages because I want a professional job done. That comes at a cost.
