“Never been much of a fan of writing reviews but credit where credit is due. I recently bought a 993. Discovered pretty much straight away it needed a new engine wiring harness fitting. Some jobs I'll have a go at but others need to be left to the professionals. Anyway, I called porsche direct and apart from them being way more expensive than Richards quote frankly the guy I spoke to didn't have a clue what I was talking about where as Richard knew straight away as he'd changed them in the past. Autosport arranged recovery to their garage and changed the part keeping me informed of progress. If you have a porsche, especially one of the older ones then Club Autosport is where you want to take it. Sometimes you need older mechanics with plenty experience to work on older cars. And referring to one of the below reviews, a 'blingy' showroom doesn't automatically mean the guys inside know what their talking about! Pete.”

“Went in to the Redditch branch to look for a car seat. It was very busy at the time we went in and we went to queue to ask if anyone could help. There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment. He came over and could not have been more helpful! He even tried the seat in our car and took time to show us how it all worked as there were all sorts of different buttons! We purchased the seat so he went and got us a brand new one from out the back and fitted that one in the car for us too! I think his name was Scott and was just covering that store for the day as they were short staffed. His knowledge and customer service skills were 10/10. He didn't rush us every though he was clearly busy. What a great experience!!! He really put our minds at rest that we had chosen a safe seat for our little girl :)”

“Our experience with Kissane & Jeffries cannot be faulted. Following a breakdown between Christmas and New Year, their recovery driver offered reassurance and assistance beyond expectation. The repairs were carried out at their garage quickly and efficiently with great communication along the way. On arrival to collect the car, we were impressed with their professional service and explanation as to the fault. I had two further enquiries regarding other repairs and was given clear advice and a printed quotation to take away. My engine oil was leaking they fixed it and advised that 2 pipes were split ordered new ones.put in.And my engine management light been coming on for ages and dpf light just got it back today all lights out been driving for few hours no issues. “Dean came round today to install rear parking sensors on my Audi A3, took him around 30mins to complete the job. Very professional, sensors colour matched to car, perfectly aligned, they look factory fitted. He spent time explaining how they worked and answered all relevant questions I had. If you want parking sensors added to you vehicle give Parkking and Dean a call well worth doing and come with warranty as well.”
