From choosing the type of floor, to the tile and finish, Mark was really helpful giving us advice and showing us styles within our budget. Found the prices to be very competitive. “Excellent service and top-quality materials Earlswood GLC is a great garden centre. As well as all the plants, garden tools and outdoor products you’d expect, their building materials are also excellent. I recently ordered everything I needed to remove and replace my garden fence – panels, concrete posts, tools and other materials – and it was all available in one place. Everything is made on site and the quality is the best I’ve seen. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I dealt with Steve from the team who was absolutely fantastic – helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I can’t recommend this garden centre enough.”

“Although the display store in Solihull is not large there are enough units to imagine what might possible in one's own home. The sales support in store was friendly, relaxed and relevant without being pushy. Worth a visit alongside viewing the brochure.”

“Very impressive restaurant. We love our food from the east but this has recently taken it to another level. I went for a friends birthday party and all I can say is if you want to impress someone with a look of a place this is where you need to be. The food was incredible I think this is probably as authentic as you will get, everything is fresh and the vast range of starters and main courses were amazing. The food was fresh delicious and the waiters were incredible. They explained what the dishes were they were very thorough with relation to allergies as a friend was allergic to a few items however the Restaraunt was fantastic. Starters came out on time hot delicious and enough to feed a group of hungry ladies! The mains were incredible I have to admit the best I’ve tasted. Parking was ok as you can park in the centre car park which is joined with tesco this was ideal as straight after the meal I got to buy a few baby essentials which was very convenient. Overall I can’t believe the amazing work of however designed this place and thought the colours and atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Couldn’t be happier with the vanity unit bought and the customer service was the best I had since I started renovations. Haps from the customer service team was particularly helpful, patient and reassuring, making sure they do everything possible to still meet the delivery deadline when there was a small issue with the worktop. Impressive product at a fraction of the price, everything carefully packed and included, as per the item description. Even the sink and tap, which were included, were a good brand and brilliant quality. Overall, extremely satisfied with the item and service. Would choose them again in the future. “FABULOUS PRODUCT & OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I dropped in to see if a bracelet I had received as a gift a few years ago could be repaired. (It was missing a couple of crystals). It had unfortunately been discontinued & as it was over 2 yrs old, wasn’t under guarantee. However, the lovely lady who served me, offered to replace it -with a gorgeous updated version- with just a minimal surplus to pay. Result = one delighted & loyal customer who will continue to buy Swarovski products.”

“Visited today to have a bra fitting. Age 25, I felt nervous and embarrassed by not knowing my size. Grace was absolutely amazing. She made me feel at ease, was very supportive of my feelings towards different styles of bra and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything that wasn’t right for me / that I didn’t want. She listened to my concerns over tightness and explained sister sizes, meaning I was able to adjust to my comfort but still have a bra that fits. She is welcoming, friendly, bubbly and so good at her job. She was my own hype woman and made me feel so good. She’s a credit to the store and I now feel super comfortable and confident getting a bra fitted.”

“My husband and I bought a bungalow in Solihull. The work included the construction of a kitchen and a large porch extension, renovations and modernising throughout and a new bathroom. We were very happy with Graham and his building team. They worked everyday through the winter and added the large kitchen extension that created a wonderful open kitchen space with fantastic bi-fold doors leading into the garden. The workmanship was first class and exactly to our brief and instruction. We hope that Morrall Construction will work for us in the future and we would highly recommend Graham and his team to carry out building work. Steph R. Solihull”

“We used NCL for our office move and I can't rate them highly enough. The staff were cheerful, helpful and efficient and the move was completed seamlessly together with the coordination of items which needed to go into storage and items which needed to be thrown away. They also provided additional furniture which we needed and reassembled desks and other items which we retained. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend their services.”
