“Over christmas 2025 my boiler stopped working. Gastek came out, diagnosed the issue. It was time for the boiler to go into permanent retirement, they just couldn't go on any longer. Wasn't really ready for that scenario, but had to respect their wishes and that it was time to say goodbye old friend you served us well. A replacement was sourced through gastek (bearing in mind this is the christmas shut down period) and within 2 days we had a new boiler installed by the gastek engineers. Just in time for the minus temperatures that hit us new years eve 2025. Gastek do take care of you. No matter what time of year it happens to be.”

“Used this company after being referred/recommended by a friend. Very nice guys. Was quoted reasonably. Very good carpet quality. They came and installed all flooring within one day. They also cleaned up and took the excess carpet away, which I was pleased with. Would have been a headache to get rid of it.”

“Our first time visiting and we were not disappointed. We arrived midday on a Sunday and we were the only people inside so it was quiet. However the decor paired with the music created a nice atmosphere. We both ordered the chicken yeeros and they were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous and very reasonably priced. We look forward to returning and trying out the rest of the menu.”

“New bathroom fitting - Theo did an excellent job from start to finish and we could not be happier with our new bathroom. The standard of workmanship is excellent. Theo completed the job of fitting new shower, removing the old bath and tiling on time as agreed. Very tidy worker who cleaned up at end of each day. “We visited Kerry with a piece of furniture in need of attention. It had previously had shabby chic style. Kerry was very helpful and informative, explained the process, stripping the paint sanding and waxing, Kerry helped us pick a colour, and sent us pictures of the progress. We went along to collect the cupboard and were not disappointed. The end job was beautiful, exactly as planned and exactly as we wanted. “Purchased a new kitchen from B&Q last week. Was served by George, he was very quick with the order process and he went out of his way to ensure I had all the items in time. Revisited the store again today to purchase an additional cupboard and once again he provided exceptional customer service.”

“We have hundreds of visits to Nando’s on our belts. On arrival we was greeted by Tom, it was toms first day. What an absolute breath of fresh air he was. He has customer service you can not teach, a down to earth larger than life individual who for his first day asked all the normal questions about allegens and if it was our first visit but also how our day was going, it was going bad up until this point and made me feel welcome and warming. He didn’t stop here a child opposite had pop he didn’t like and Tom managed to observe this issue and asked if he would like to swap glasses which visibly made the child’s experience happy. A table behind us had an issue with heat of the chicken and he was swiftly trying to resolve, doing all this while introducing himself with a handshake to his colleagues that were walking in starting shift. I have never experienced anything as amazing as Tom and if I had a business card I honestly would have tried poach him for my business. What a credit to Nando’s and please hold onto him.”
