“Have used many kitchen companies in Redditch such as Magnet and AK Kitchens (both also good), but Jon at Signum was always the quickest to get back with a design or a quote, and his prices were always slightly under the competition (about on par with Magnet Trade), which is great because Signum kitchens are great quality and offer something a little different to the "norm". Cannot recommend enough and cannot see anyone having a bad experience with them. Jon was happy rejigging designs over and over until we were happy, whereas places such as Wren act as though you owe them the sale if they take the time to sit down with you.”

“I visited here with a relative looking to buy a new sofa and chairs. Upon entering we were offered help and there was no difficulty in finding staff to assist. We browsed through the whole store and I found myself focused on two different ranges of seating that were present in store. Each of the sales staff make themselves available to you nearby while browsing, without making you feel pressured. Basically they're there when you're ready. We chatted with a couple of the sales assistants and I wanted to take measurements at home before returning the next day. When we did return the next day it was still pleasant and easy to get assistance. While there I applied for the interest free credit. In total I bought a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a storage footstool and because of the colour it was sensible for me to take the 5 year sofa protection. There was no pressure to buy anything. It was offered and up to me if I wanted it or not. Everything was explained in detail. Repayments were clear and easy to understand. I paid a small deposit, that was flexible too of how much or how little to pay on my card there and then. I received confirmation of acceptance for the finance that I applied for just a few minutes after we left the store. Updates from DFS over the weeks kept me informed of what was happening. My order was delivered around a week earlier than the estimate given so that was really nice. The store is nicely laid out. It's quite big and some natural lighting coming in through the store windows helps to give you an accurate idea of how it might look in your home. I would use DFS again. This was my first experience of them and I'm overall very pleased with it. I love my new furniture.”

“Bought a Wowcher deal for a double divan base, mattress and headboard - including delivery - for £160. It was only after we redeemed the voucher and ordered the bed, did we then look at the reviews and begin regretting our choice. We received an email to say that the bed would be delivered 7 days earlier than expected (and only 5 days after the initial order). It arrived safely, nothing missing or broken. We put it up rather easily - the bedframe itself just clicks into place. My partner, furbubba and I have slept on it for the last 4 nights with no problems at all. Although it isn't the comfiest mattress in the world, 1) it'll do us for a good few months - we've had a great night's sleep, and 2) what do you really expect at a budget price? Just wanted to pop a good review on here as the overwhelming amount of negative ones had us panicking all the way to our delivery date. We had nothing to worry about at all. The food is delicious! We ordered so much food, we had 2 meals between us and 2 drinks each. The prices are very affordable and all the drinks were delicious. Family rooms cater for a more private setting for sisters which is considerate and the food is soo flavoursome (I recommend the lentil soup to start with and for mains, chicken wings). Every course was freshly cooked and tasted delicious. The waiting staff were very attentive. We definitely will be back. Highly recommend.”

If I could make one suggestion, the wine list seems to be mostly 'easy to drink' wines, it could do with some more advanced, adventurous options. Especially reds, I wish there was a proper smoky red to go with the beef and pork. It's a beautiful place, so jealous of the walled vegetable garden, ! Would come back for sure”
