“Been here a few times , on this occasion we ordered the tiles for our kitchen extension and the chap who served us (in the photo) looked after us right from the when he saw us looking at the tiles to when we placed the order. He did walk away a few times but he was busy helping others. They’ve got a range of products for fixing up your house. Few months ago we were desperate for radiator brackets for a vertical anthracite radiator as it was missing from another company and Uk plastics had exactly what we needed. Their prices are decent too.”

“Was wonderful to be welcomed back by Charlie and Rach to their even more spotless (is that possible?!) salon today. As someone who works in healthcare was really impressed by their COVID secure set-up, even though I went with my sister who’s in my bubble, there was plenty of space between chairs, good ventilation, perspex screens with a gap to slot your hands through, sink available for hand washing on arrival and as usual all there equipment was maintained and cleaned to their usual rigorous standards. Colour options still plentiful, gels still 5*, conversation flowing. Top marks to them both for adapting so comprehensively whilst still maintaining quality service, I didn’t feel like I had to compromise on either my safety or my treatment. Already searching Pinterest for my September nail designs....”

“I needed a very old filling removed and replaced with a crown. I don't mind visiting the dentist at all and Umae has always been fantastic but as it's been a long time since I needed such a lengthy procedure I was a little apprehensive when my appointment came around. I needn't have worried at all as having told Umae how I was feeling she went out of her way to reassure me and put me at ease. My first appointment did indeed turn out to be a long one and afterwards I typed some words into my phone so I wouldn't forget how Umae and the staff had looked after me during my visit. The words I wrote were: skilled, professional, kind, calm, patient and reassuring. When my treatment had been completed I went on to use the Boutique whitening system. As my teeth were towards the 'dark' end of the scale this took both patience and perseverance over several months. During this time Umae was, as always, kind and helpful and so encouraging of my efforts. I now have a much brighter smile and am so pleased that I used the whitening system. Umae is an excellent dentist and all the staff I have encountered at the practise (Izzy, Victoria and Julie) are warm, welcoming and professional. Many thanks to everyone for looking after me!”
