“I’ve seen Rachel Young on two occasions regarding my breathing problems. She comprehensively explained tests that I needed to do before my next appointment to aid getting a definite diagnosis. I felt reassured that I would be getting the very best management available. At my second appointment, a diagnosis was made. She went on to explain the medication I needed to keep me as well as possible and how to use it. She also sent me a link to print off the instructions as a reminder. But actually I find that the receptionists are nice and helpful, I can fix my NHS registration quickly. Also I need to do my third hepatitis vaccination here and the GP is very helpful to make the arrangement for me. I am grateful for them. Cheers!”

“My first time in this pharmacy and I have nothing but good words to say. It started with a call to see if they had an item in stock that my chemist couldn't get. They did and when I arrived the staff were all very friendly and polite. I waited no more than 5mins for my prescription and before I left, was offered a to take my blood pressure. The pharmacist took time to welcome me and was a lovely man. There was another customer in the shop who couldn't thank him enough for her service. Will definitely use again”
