“I've seen some bad reviews on here and I think I need to set the record straight. I order from here fairly often sometimes once a week. I never wait long for my food and, it is always got when it arrives. There has been a change since about a year back, but it is just as good. There is less offered and has been some changes to the offering but if you want good pizza cheaper than domino's delivered faster than domino's and BOGOF then Pizzaco is the best option.”

“We order from via their website or just eat. I was recommended this place for their garlic base pizza. Now we order from here pretty much every Saturday. We have never had a bad meal from them everything has always been perfect and always delivered hot. We don’t order from any other pizza place. My only small problem is some times when we order a sweet chill dip we get one that is sometimes different to the usual one that we’re not very keen on but other than that everything is always delicious.”

“Always fresh, hot, lovely food. The pizza is not too thin, packed full with meat and veggies. Chicken pieces etc are always freshly prepared as well. Very friendly and nice staff. Just had my garlic bread again, soo delicious. My boys love their milkshakes as well. The whole place is very clean, neat and tidy.”

“Me and my family came here and it was great. Once we entered we sat and the waiter was so kind. We ordered and he communicated very well. Whilst waiting for our order to come out we saw a pair of people come in. One of them was gluten free and had an allergy he was very helpful and gave them an allergy book in case she needed it and he was patient with her when ordering. The service here is amazing. Unfortunately i didn't get his name. Then the starters came out quite fast and it was nice we got the mozzarella sticks and they were fresh and not too hot but had honey on them which put me off the taste a but. Then the food came out and overall it was a great experience and would definitely come again.”

“Best branch in Birmingham hands down, the customer service is unbeatable staff are welcoming & friendly very pleasant atmosphere. The food is to die for always cooked to perfection no complaints, only place I ever buy my pizzas from. They really put love & care in whilst making the food no wonder it tastes so delicious. The prices are reasonable for the quality & quantity of the food worth every penny. Highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed :)”

“Very fast delivery from when I ordered, but it was early on a weekday evening so not sure if that's the usual standard. Quality and taste of pizza matches up to what I'm used to from Papa Johns. Delivery driver was courteous. I don't have anything negative to say.”

“I had the chicken skewers, they were absolutely gorgeous. Quality peices of meat, perfectly cooked, still moist but lovely, crispy and slightly charred on the outside. Really friendly staff, they even gave me a free slice of chocolate cake, which was also gorgeous. Even the delivery driver was lovely. Definitely will be ordering from them again, on top of everything else, great prices.”

“Felt the need to post this review even though I’d never usually post a review about a fast food takeaway because it mattered to me and was noticed that the staff here actually seem to care a bit more. The burger wasn’t just thrown together in the usual disorganised way. There was plenty of lettuce and sauce too. Friendly staff as well. Great simple menu to choose from (took me ages to decide which burger to have though because they all sound so good). Some amazing sauces to add to your food We got a collection to take home and our food was ready in 20 mins, freshly cooked, well packaged and served with a smile.”

“A good place to go for the perfect Pizza spot. Pizza is fresh and hot, they provide drinks as well! It did take 15-20 minutes to arrive but frankly, it was worth the wait. Cheesy and warm pizza. Also, the crust was good unlike other Pizza chains.”

The chips were just how I like them — hot, perfectly cooked, and not greasy at all. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous for the price.
