“Just visited Halfords Bromsgrove for headlight and fit, I was given different options on bulbs and it was suggested that I have both replaced and then they were fitted quickly. The young man who did this was so helpful, professional and kind and took a genuine interest in my car, I trusted him. I have no one to help with my car. “Bring my car here for any issues and have never had a bad experience but recently my work van battery has been playing up and each time these blokes have been super helpful with giving me a jumpstart (no charge) and even walking to my property this morning in the rain to help me out. Felt more than happy to pay for the help this time though it wasn’t expected. All in all, decent hard-working blokes willing to help anyone and everyone. “Great service, both customer and to my car. Affordable as well as they were able to squeeze my MOT on the go, without an appointment, though do try to make an appointment as they are always busy. Very friendly staff and ready to answer any questions. When they say the car will be ready, that's when it will be ready, plus they call you 10 minutes before to let you know. Will go there again.”

“The customer service here is absolutely brilliant. If you are unsure or struggle finding parts on the website, simply give them a call and they will be happy to help. Believe I spoke to Andy but not completely sure, however he was very polite, found the parts I needed before I could even finish my sentence and arranged payment and delivery over the phone. Delivery can take a few days depending on what you order or where items are stored but they do inform you of any potential delays, extra time needed before you buy. Parts are good quality, they offer low priced replica items as well as original parts so depending on what you want there are options to save a bit of money.
