“Ria, a member of staff, gave exceptional service today. I was hoping to buy two of the same jacket, but only one was on the stand. While I was at the checkouts, I mentioned it to her, and she kindly went to look for another. Although there wasn’t one in my size, she went out of her way to find a similar jacket that worked perfectly. While she was gone, I also spotted another jacket I liked in a different size. Even though the store was busy, Ria remained happy and enthusiastic throughout. I felt like I might have been a bit awkward, but nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service really stood out. I can’t say the same for another staff member at the checkouts, who didn’t seem nearly as engaged or enthusiastic.”

“Having ordered a coat online recently I found it was too big, rather than go through postal return service however I called the Ilkley shop and they were happy to exchange in store. A great level of service which sums up what is clearly a top class brand. I had a toddler with me which made browsing difficult but all clothing in store was clearly of a high quality and I will definitely be back! The coat was brilliant as well btw, I was looking to exchange but with none in stock this was a great gesture to allow a full refund.”
