The staff offered me a replacement drill which I gladly accepted. The fact that the place has only been open a couple of weeks during the COVID crisis, and they still went that extra mile is a credit to the ladies in the store. All very polite and professional, and despite not been allowed in the set up at the front of the store makes life very easy. Highly recommend this store and situated in a good location so avoids me having to travel to Halifax or Huddersfield.”

“Been here a few times since it opened and it's always been a quick and friendly service. Most recently was yesterday where, in spite of my terrible description of the part I was after (which in my defence I'm not 100% confident exists) they were able to work something out and find something online, even if it did mean having to tell me I'd be better off at a competitor (begins with H and mainly does automotive parts). I'm having a bit of trouble getting that other company to take my money at the moment but that's by the by!”
