“I bought a pair of walking boots a few months ago and the trim on both boots started to ‘lift’ away. I went back to the shop to let the owners know. They took photos and contacted the company immediately. I literally walked out of the shop and received a phone call from them saying I would receive a brand new pair of boots. Amazing customer service is an understatement. I am a great believer in supporting local businesses and this scenario highlights how a business like BAC Outdoor Leisure Ltd deserves a fabulous review. Their excellent customer service starts in the actual shop from the minute you walk in and purchase goods but that service has clearly continued for me. A lovely family run business by friendly, genuine people who actually care about the service they offer and provide. Thankyou!!”

“It took 38 mins to turn a bad experience into a great one. I bought a front and rear dashcam and got Halfords to fit it. However i was not happy on my return to the vehicle to find rain water down the inside of the drivers door and the rear passenger seat. Both the cameras were badly aligned and there appeared to be excess cable showing. When i returned home i contacted Halfords customer services. A couple of days later i recieved a call from the manager, who apologised profusely. He asked if i would revisit so he could sort it out. What a difference one person can make between a bad and great experience. The original fitter seemed to have no time for me, would not explain the system or show me the work.I now understand why! The manager Tom, who refitted the cameras, fully explained their opperation and whose incitefull knowlage made me more confident about its usage as well as the capabilities of the system is an asset to your company. Well done.”

We received excellent advice from Reception and duly had a good hour in the pool that afternoon.So much so we went back just before leaving for home a few days later for a second session. The whole experience was exceptional, from checking in at the front desk to leaving the cafe a couple of hours later. The Leisure centre has a varied programme with an activity to suit all. It is well supported which says it all. Well recommended!”

“Great for quick shopping visits. Good range of shoes for all sand prices are reasonable. Good parking right outside store with additional parking to the rear. Staff are friendly. Was quiet in the morning when i visited so no waiting around. They operate a loyalty scheme too, if you spend £100 over any amount of visits you will receive £5 off your next purchase. This scheme is operated at all their branches.”
