“Absolutely love my new sofa, great customer service and very responsive! I chose a sofa in store and then customised it by having a bespoke size to exactly fit the space & chose the fabric then added piping! It was ready and delivered so fast! We had a slight misunderstanding on the cushions with the piping and they swapped them over so quickly and without hassle. Talked to my puss just as I do to reassure her through the appointment. Gave some good advice on relieving travel stress. Puss went home feeling quite content.”

“Tooth implant completed. A fairly long process in that it's divided into stages. From initial removing of a tooth which had cracked, become loose and infected. After a consultant process listing all the available options. From a standard removable denture, to a fixed one, to a full implant. An implant, effectively, gives you a new tooth. But, is the most expensive option. You have to be aware that everybody is different and chances of success vary from person to person. I found that I was kept very well-informed and had a clear understanding of each stage of the process. The implant requires a series of procedures. These have to be timed to enable the bodies natural healing process to take place, before moving onto the next stage. You also have to be aware that each procedure time can vary depending on the amount of work required. I had one very long session in the chair, to remove an amount of infected bone, caused by my old tooth. However, the final result was worth waiting for, with my new tooth being fitted feeling just like an exact duplication of a natural tooth. In conclusion, I am pleased that I opted to go for an implant and can certainly recommend Muirhead & Associates and Dr Ahmer /Ange / Rose and team.”

“We attended Teen Terrors with our puppy chihuahua and also had a one to one session for our older terrier cross who has struggled with anxiety/reactivity over the years. Both me and my husband felt so much more confident after working with Jo. She really understands and cares for dogs. We learnt about lead handling and how to use body language to stay connected with your dog. We learnt about the importance of play and giving your dog choices. And we focussed on setting our dogs up for success - choosing the right environment for a walk, eliminating stress etc. We're all now feeling positive and ready to go!”

“Absolutely delighted to have had this place recommended to me by my dog trainer. We have an incredibly anxious cockapoo and I never really believed we'd be able to leave her happily. She had a day visit to Croftmount followed by just a one night stay to see how she got on before we booked her in for longer. She ate well, looked relaxed in the photographs of her outside and even enjoyed cuddles. When we went to pick her up she went over to the lady who'd been looking after her to give her a nose bump first before she enthusiastically greeted us. They have vegetarian options if your wanting something halal but honestly the service the atmosphere and everything was amazing here the latte was one of the best I’ve tasted so far without a doubt and the vegetarian breakfast was fresh delicious and tasty hard to believe it was vegetarian! “Salaam, I’ve had the intolerance test done in July . My main issue was feeling uncomfortable with bloating nausea indigestion. My weight was never coming down . It’s October now alhamdullilah first thing I noticed was bloating reduced significantly and I feel as though I’ve come down at least one dress size if not more . Hardest part was first few weeks cutting out on sugar now I don’t crave it . Alhamdullilah, ma sha Allah.”
