I want to highlight the prompt and quality responses to all my queries, as well as the highly professional service, starting from the help with moving in and detailed advice on where I can find the shops I need, and also when moving out when Oliver gave me detailed advice on cleaning, which allowed me to return my deposit without any problems. Also, in cases where the washing machine and fridge broke down, communication with the landlord was carried out quickly, and a new washing machine and fridge were purchased. “My partner and myself have just spent a week at The Hideaway, a lovely, cosy flat, fully equipped, central for shops, theatre, restaurants, just a few minutes walk from the sea front/beach yet quiet and peaceful. We were able to park on the road outside the flat (Exclusively Eastbourne supplied the parking permits) and whilst we left the car there for the duration of our holiday we noticed that there were usually spaces available. Would definitely return and recommend.
