“I booked a free vehicle check which took around 25 minutes. I was so impressed, they checked all the levels, topped up the windscreen wash and put air in the tires, without charge. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable so I will definitely be back for a service and MOT when they’re due. A great service that left me reassured ahead of a long drive.”

“How many Halfords employees does it take to change a lightbulb? 2 apparently; one grumpy old man to tell you not to park your car in a fitting bay (at the time you have booked) only to have to move it immediately back there after moving it elsewhere and then to tell you they can't change the headlamp bulb on your car even though you tell them you have seen it done before without taking the whole headlamp unit out and then the 18 year old who apparently knows nothing to do it in a matter of seconds. The 5 stars are for the young lad who was very polite with a great customer manner and an extra bonus 0 stars were awarded for the grumpy git (If he wasn't just having an off day please let the young lad give him a bit of training).”
