“Called and told I didn't need to set up an appointment. Went in my lunch hour. Waited only 5 mins for the mechanic to look at my tyres. Found the problem straight away and showed me. Offered several options on replacement tyres, all very reasonably priced. Fitted and balanced straight away. Really friendly service from everyone. Can't recommend enough. Would give more stars if I could.”

“I visited the Westham branch of Suttonz today for my car MOT. They did me a huge favour by fitting me in at late notice and carried out the task whilst I waited in their comfortable waiting area. They were exceptionally friendly and really put my nerves at ease. I would certainly recommend this garage and I have every intention of using them again. Thanks guys!”

“as a young woman with little experience of cars i always find taking my car into a garage daunting as i expect to be talked down to or overcharged, but howard motors were great! they were understanding of my financial restrictions and helped me keep costs down, explained the issue well and didnt make me feel condescended. will be using these guys again in the future!”

“I booked an appointment for the guys to check my exhaust as the middle part had seemingly split and was hanging down. The manager (I think he was the manager - really friendly, nothing seemed a hassle) took the keys from me and said he'd call when they checked out what the issue was. A couple of hours later I get a call to pick the car up, strangely I wasn't told the bill. When I picked up the keys, slightly bracing for a wallet raid, I was told the work was absolutely free! It was only a couple of brackets, so don't worry about it! The honesty of these guys was just lovely to experience. Highly recommend, will most definitely be going back!”

“We had a complex plumbing problem that needed a knowledgable plumber to rectify - Jesse from Glow Zone spent time assessing and researching what was needed and came up with a solution that was far beyond our expectations. He worked late to get the job done and was cheerful and happy to explain exactly what he was doing and why as well as how to maintain our new system. We are exceptionally happy with his work and Glowzone - Leone in the office is also great to deal with - and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.”

“I've always found the dentist to be a difficult place to go to, and having not always taken the best care of my teeth in the past i'm now trying to change that. Preston circus have been incredibly accommodating with this. From Imran the hygienist who works at my pace to make sure I'm not struggling through the ordeal, whilst also taking a genuine care in my dental health as well. To Sarah who is a dream dentist, who makes the checkups easy and calm. Only amazing things to say about this place and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist!”

“How many Halfords employees does it take to change a lightbulb? 2 apparently; one grumpy old man to tell you not to park your car in a fitting bay (at the time you have booked) only to have to move it immediately back there after moving it elsewhere and then to tell you they can't change the headlamp bulb on your car even though you tell them you have seen it done before without taking the whole headlamp unit out and then the 18 year old who apparently knows nothing to do it in a matter of seconds. The 5 stars are for the young lad who was very polite with a great customer manner and an extra bonus 0 stars were awarded for the grumpy git (If he wasn't just having an off day please let the young lad give him a bit of training).”

“I need a part my van whent to PACE at sheddingden business park burgess hill with out a word of a lie the service was great the price was great and they went out of there way to find the part and sent a van to get it the part I required was really back ordered 31 May but they found one and I got the next day. I honestly can't thank them enough thanks”

“Jade at Howdens was helpful warm and friendly all staff welcomed me and saved me a lot of stress after getting an extortionate renewal quote they quickly came back with half the amount quoted by current insurers it was good to talk to someone face to face on line can be a minefield I would highly recommend going to a shop for quotes it takes out the hassle and stress of on line computer generated quotes”

“Left the original review below in 2020 and have come back Jan 2024 for an MOT (fitting it in when I am visiting family as at least I will get a good service here) and again had a great experience. Nice and straight forward and honest and a relief when I've had so many horrible experiences. My radiator was leaking and I've heard and read about how expensive it can be to get a new radiator etc so was pleasantly surprised that he could fix the leaks as well as another issue and it was a very reasonable price I am so relieved, thanks! Thank goodness I brought my car for a second opinion to John Moore Auto repairs. Took my car to a well known chain car service (after googling and reading trust pilot reviews I assumed I could trust) in London. They gave me a long list of problems and quote of over £800 (not including service charge I had already paid) for a well looked after 11yo ford fiesta. Of the many red and amber alerts they gave me they included changing all my brakes and so John got everything ready to change and instead found my brakes were almost new and definitely didn’t need changing. He did however find I had a puncture in one tyre and another tyre with a valve leak (both of which had been missed by the well know car chain with apparently good reviews) despite my concern as I needed my car ready for quite a few long distance journeys). The overall cost totalled £250 not over £800! So relieved to find a garage I can trust (thanks to my brother in law) and will be bringing my car here for any future work despite the fact I live in London. Highly recommend.”

Tonight I ordered for collection, little did I know that the sausage was missing from my order, he ran along the street calling after me to ensure I received my order. I've been a customer for many years and have never had a bad experience.”

“First class. What a lovely bunch of guys, within five minutes of being here they had my tyre off ready to fix a puncture. Unfortunately it was unfixable and I needed a new tyre. Great service, friendly, helpful and professional. Recommend.”
