“Placed an order for some Sonny angels from this store. I emailed the shop to query if the Sonny angels were real, I received an email the next morning explaining that they are real and explained where the stock came from, they also answered another email I sent with another question and I received a reply within 10 minutes with a helpful answer. I am waiting for my order to arrive but the customer service was outstanding and I’m impressed with the stock of the Sonny angels, they have stock that no where else has and they aren’t extremely overpriced like other stores. Looking forward to my order arriving and will be ordering from here again.”

“I have just visited Clarks in Worthing Town to buy some new shoes for work and was served by Jane. Jane was very informative and showed me a very good selection of shoes before bringing a couple of shoes that she’d recommend for me to try. I am a size 13 so being able to find a pair of shoes in my size can be difficult however Jane made the process much easier and gave me all the information I needed to find a pair of shoes for work. “Visited the Eastbourne Shuh shop. Received exceptionally good service from Joe. They didn't stock what I wanted but he went on-line to find them and arranged free next day delivery from their warehouse. It took a matter of minutes and he was helpful and understanding of my lack of technical expertise in having to do something on my mobile relative to the order. I was so pleased as I had visited three other shops previously to be told 'Come back after our next delivery and we might have some' or just a curt 'No we haven't got them'. “This is a review for H&M Churchill square Brighton. Browsed & chose few items to try on in store. Amy was working the fitting room & was helpful & smiling constantly. I purchased 4 items & was served at the till by Megan who asked if I had a card. I do have one but didnt have it on my phone so she kindly took my email details & looked me up which meant I get my points. Also she reminded me I will receive a voucher for my upcoming b'day. She was so lovely. Folded my garments neatly & I chatted with her & the colleague (Sabrina) who was on the till by her side. What wonderful customer service frm all staff. The shop was really busy but very tidy. I will definately return.”

“Good variety of items. Been here many times over the years. Clothes and trainers are good wearing. Always like the various toys and sweets in stock. Store is well laid out, clean and tidy when I last went in there. Parking close by can be a bit of an issue being located on Shoreham high street.”
