“Lovely food & service. Greeted & looked after from the start. Free selection of dips & bread plus a little pide for the table before taking order for the main. We had a large table of 12 & food was delicious & consistent. Table given Turkish delight at the end as well.”

“Jake the bike mechanic went above and beyond to service and work on my bike. It went in a little worse for wear and came out better than it’s ever been. - upgraded my old handle bars to Aeros, - changed & re routing all the cables - wrapping new bar tape - adjusted the break and gear levers. - fixed my front mec - fitted a new rear cassette - fitted a new jockey wheel - gave the bike a ‘platinum service’ Throughout the service he kept me updated on how it was going and any recommendations he would advise. All in all a very diligent, knowledge and trustworthy man. 10/10 Many thanks Tom”

The colour of one pair was not in stock, was ordered for delivery at home and with me within a couple of days. The other shoes were in stock and taken home. Trying shoes on (with help!) and feeling the comfortability is the way to go. Most pleased.”

“Great experience! My sister had to replace her 1 year old sofa due to insects, so decided to visit dfs. Upon our visit we was met with a very warm welcome, even though we had 3 very over excited children with us! We looked around and spoke to Matt, who was more than helpful. We explained the size of her front room and looked at each sofa with his guidance. His knowledge of each item was brilliant and so helpful. After looking at a few, and my sister falling in love with one in particular, I decided to go home and measure up correctly the size of the room. Good job I did as the one she loved wouldn’t have fit! Once measuring, we went back to dfs with the kids. Yet again they met us with warm welcomes and hot chocolates! We explained the sofa would be too big so we looked at others. Once we found one, Matt went above and beyond to assist us. Answering every single question we had, and even explaining things more than twice if required! He was great with the kids, really understanding and gentle. We was in dfs for hours, and really enjoyed our visit. We was in there until after close and still felt welcome even though we had over run their day. The lady was also so lovely and ran through everything with us before the order was finalised and placed. One week to the day later and her new sofa has arrived and it fits perfectly! Every single piece of the Trekk sofa we ordered fit! We walked out of the store last week feeling like a weight was lifted, and having 3 small children, she needed to sort something fast! Their express 7 day delivery was spot on, their customer service was spot on and our experience was brilliant. Thanks so much, Sophie & Bethany! (And the 3 rugrats!)”

“DB Domestics gave me brilliant and well-informed advice when I was shopping for a vacuum cleaner and an air fryer. I was really impressed with the knowledge of the products and the common sense and honest advice that Stephy (have I remembered her name right?) showed. She never once tried to push a particular model (or price) on to me; she listened to my needs and gave me the pros and cons of the various options available, leaving me to decide. So nice to deal with a local business that puts its customers first and that puts a premium on expertise and insight. DB Domestics will be my first port of call in Eastbourne the next time I need an electrical appliance.”

“Can't recommend this Pharmacy enough. I booked a travel vaccination appointment the day before I went. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip.
