“A wonderful experience, I visited with a group of 5 (myself included) and the worker allowed us to push together the tables and was super helpful and accommodating! We ordered three pizzas and all three were delicious. Everything was homemade which was extremely impressive, and the atmosphere was very calm, and pleasant. 10/10 customer service, and 10/10 food!! I recommend visiting or ordering here if you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, and a relaxing atmosphere with wonderful customer service!”

“Hands down the BEST pizza in Lewes! Nah… actually it’s the best pizza I think I’ve ever had. No joke! The Fuoco Blue is my weakness. Super friendly staff in a sweet, simply, hidden away location behind the station. And now they do awesome coffee too! If you like a raw and rustic atmosphere, friendly, down to earth staff and pizza that is frickin heaven with every mouthful - then def come here!”

“This place is just the cutie. Visited yesterday for some late lunch staff lovely, and our pizzas were super yummi. We will definitely go back nearer the summer time. Dress up warm if you go soon the waiting time isn't long and the pizza warms you up. No customer toliet so make sure you go before.”

“Amazing experience at Yummy Pizza Polegate! I collected a 24" Margherita pizza and it was such a fun and unique treat - I had never seen a pizza this big before! The crust was fluffy and crispy and every bite was full of flavour. The cheese was perfect making the whole pizza incredibly delicious! Even the next morning it still tasted great, even cold! The staff was also very pleasant! Big thanks for this yummy pizza! :) Highly recommend!”

“Love this local gem. Dropped in this evening after a long day of cooking roasts ourself. New menu item was deep fried olives with a tangy dipping sauce. I could have eaten a whole plate. Pizzas fresh and tasty and burrata the perfect accompaniment Harvey our server was friendly and welcoming just adding to a lovely experience as always. Highly recommend”

“Oh my word - we popped in last night before the cinema for a bite to eat and wow wow wow. It was so delicious! We shared mushroom and truffle arancini balls which were so so tasty, as well as Sicilian hot dogs and cheesy chips. We also had a sweet treat each after - I hade a pistachio sfogliatelle and my hubby had a white chocolate puff and the whole lot was just absolutely delicious! We will be gong back asap! It was also lovely to sit just outside in the beautiful evening sunshine!”

“Came here as it was a 5-minute walk away from our hotel, what a gem of a pizza place to find! There was a deal on where buying an XL-size pizza gets you a Small pizza for free - took that deal up and it ended up being my lunch & dinner the following day. Portion & toppings were superb (Mighty Meaty pictured), tasted top-notch (the Homemade Garlic sauce is lovely), and the owner was such a gentleman - great service all around, would highly recommend!”

“We popped in for lunch and told the staff that it was our 22nd anniversary. We both had the set £10 menu. I had mushroom gyōza and Kakugiri ramen and my partner had pork gyōza and Tokyo ramen and we each had a half of Kirin beer. The food was delicious and such great value and the beer was lovely and refreshing. When we came to pay, our waitress said the beer was comped to celebrate our anniversary. What a lovely gesture. Great team, great food.”

“Me and my partner are now aiming to become regulars after 2 visits here! The food is consistently superb and fresh. The owner, 'Chandra', is so lovely on our first visit that he sat us down and spoke us through his menu. This is an amazing place for regular diners but must go place for veggie and vegans- as Chandra is one himself. My Italian partner told me she hasn't had tofu this good before! We also love their coffee, one of the best blends in brighton (they get and roast their single blend Indonesian beans themselves!)- they even bring over fresh coconut milk! Our favourite drinks, besides the coffee, were the sex in the jungle cocktail and tropical jungle juice smoothie. We're also big fans of the green curry (with duck) and panaeng curry (with the lovely tofu) The ONLY thing that could make the experience even better is softer light. It always being bright takes away from the atmosphere, but it's only a minor thing”

“Loved the chicken calibrase, flavours were delicious and potatoes cooked to perfection my friend had the vegan rainbow lasagna and said it was delicious too. Our server, Lukas was very polite and efficient.”

“I tried the Asian Fusion and Veggie Supreme pizzas, both served on a thin, crispy crust and freshly baked in the fire oven. The shakes are thick, creamy, and full of flavour, made fresh to order with quality ingredients. Whether you choose a classic or something indulgent like Nutella or Biscoff, they are the perfect sweet finish to your meal, and the prices are very reasonable too.”

“Doesn't look much from the street but the the pizzas are top quality. Good service and excellent value for money. The main part of the restaurant is hidden away at the back and although we haven't tried it I'm sure we will do so in the future.”

“Had two really lovely pizzas last night. The menu is extensive, with meat, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as pasta, salads and sides. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They are still getting themselves sorted as they have only been open a matter of days, but I really hope it's a great success.”

“Came here this afternoon woth my partner and was greated at the door by the manager who showed us to our table, we were promptly served by mitch who acted professionally and welcoming. The pizzas were delicious, large with a good ammount of toppings, the doughballs were hot and fluffy and the halloumi bites were well seasoned. The passion fruit cocktails were lovely and sweet with a good kick to them. For gluten free dining i cant recommend this place enough, the staff took great care and all gluten free food had stickers making them clearly marked. 10/10”

“Kid's party was loud but amazing. The children were given a masterclass in pizza making. Each got to create their own pizza which was cooked for them. They had a started of crudites, doughballs and garlic butter. Then the amazing pizzas arrived. Desert was a chocolate brownie. Great time had by all.”
