I was updated when he went into surgery and that he had settled on the ward before hand. I had updates throughout his surgery they all were very understanding that I was worried about him. After recovery I got a lovely picture and a call to say he was doing well and a pick up time was arranged. The nurse was lovely who explained everything I had to do with him for his aftercare she also came to help my 51kg gsd into the car with me so he wasn’t jumping up. Honestly was the best experiences I’ve had. I’ve had follow up calls and messages to make sure he’s recovering ok too. Highly recommend Portland vets.”

Now waiting for my refund. Arrived at C R Allen and the service was great, came straight out and had a look to confirm it was the old type gas which was great as it's cheaper. They then said they had a slot to be able to do it for me straight away. Told me the price and also advised having the pollen filter changed as it had not been done in the last 12 months. Price agreed and the van went straight in. Drove away an hour later all nice and chilled with my air con working. Happy to recommend.”
