“I love this shop! Hannah is very helpful and knowledgable. We regularly ask advice from Hannah and always buy Riley's kibble and treats from her. For such a small shop it has an incredible range of food, treats, toys and accessories for dogs, cats, birds and other pets. It's fab!”

Leigh has accommodated every change we have had to make to fit in around our lives. I could not recommend her services more highly and would happily entrust her with our precious dog our house keys. “Wally (18 month old welsh springer) has the best time on his runs, he knows all members of the team well now and he trusts them, being a more shy boy this is important. He had a difficult couple of teenagery hormonal months which we are through now but Charlotte and team were very patient with him and kept him under control we he was being particularly naughty whilst ensuring he got a good run and sniff in.”

“I have just collected my dog from Dogwood grooming and she looked absolutely gorgeous. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. It was my dog's first time at a groomers and she was not stressed at all when I collected her. I would definitely recommend Dogwood Haywards Heath. John the groomer was excellent. I booked Misty in again as I was so pleased with the team. She also had her teeth cleaned and I cannot beleive how good they look.”

“Our Bedlington terrier/whippet cross had his first puppy pamper with Sharon in the Frome store today and we are absolutely delighted! Sharon was so lovely with him, I think he really enjoyed himself. He looks gorgeous and Sharon also gave us great advice on how to take care of his coat at home and discussed how best to groom him in the future. I’m so happy that we chose Dogwood grooming Sharon has done an amazing job.”

“I needed to get my dogs nails clipped but didn't have an appointment, I went in and spoke to Lydia and she gave me appointment for a couple of hours later. Lydia cut my (nervous) dogs nails in a matter of minutes, quickly,confidently whilst also reasurring him! very professional Also what a lovely establishment and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend”

A proper shop, not impersonal like some pet supermarkets, a real proper shop. Sorry it's just the 5 stars, but that's all there are.”

“Love this place! It’s huge which means loads of choice for natural healthy dog treats and a large selection of nature’s menu frozen food which is good. I have yet to notice a brand sold by one of the larger pet chains that isn’t here and it’s all well priced too. Staff are also really nice. Only complaint would be all the dog snacks by the till, I’m like a kid at the corner shop, by the time they’ve finished ringing through what I picked up in the shop, I’ve added several more items from their till side selection!”

“Hi so I had an enquiry about my Dog and as he’s on antibiotics I needed to get some info and products that would help boost his immunity and gut health. I spoke to a very knowledgeable lady called Poppy and she was so informative and helpful along with a very friendly attitude . I got some immunity powder from Lysiphar and he’s now started this along with pre and probiotics . Thank you to Poppy for taking such good time and attention to us .”

“A great selection of items to buy, i was looking for treats for our 2 dogs as well as my daughters hamster and was able to find and buy what i needed. The store was bright and clean and the staff member on the checkout checked if i needed any assistance and then left me to browse. The staff member was friendly and welcoming when i came to pay for my items. I will definitely return.”

Rarely do you find such excellent advice, service and products in one place but in addition to that they are very reasonable and fairly priced. Walk in their door and you will be warmly greeted by any one of the team. “Not only the best experience at a pet store, but possibly the best customer service experience I've ever received. I recently moved to the area and have been visiting this store for all of my dogs needs. Every time I visit the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They remember me and my pet, as well as his needs and use that knowledge to make well informed recommendations. I must say, it is a joy going in every time. They always seem genuinely happy to see me and my dog and it's very clear they have a deep love for animals. My dog doesn't like being touched on his behind and one of the staff even sat with me and my dog and showed me some training exercises to help combat that. I can't recommend this place enough, if you are in the area, please pay these guys a visit.”

I assumed it would include a hair cut (short hair.) She advised well and for a small extra fee trimmed her very nicely making her look like a tidy doggy mademoiselle.
