“Super authentic little coffee bar on the seafront. You will probably q a little bit but it's worth the wait.”
“Blink and you've missed it. The cosiest spot for coffee. Small but welcoming. Had an amazing aeropress and left with a bag of beans. I would definitely come back every time I'm in Brighton.”
“The best place in Brighton & Hove for a coffee, snack, good vibes, catching up with friends, or even just a quiet read of a book. Also has excellent outdoor seating! I love Flat Out!!”
“Coffee At 33 – Small shop, big heart (and seriously good coffee!) The owner is incredibly sweet and friendly — you feel welcome the second you walk in. . I ordered an espresso, a cortado, and a hand drip, and every single cup was perfect. Balanced, smooth, and full of flavor — no bitterness at all, just pure coffee joy. Their pastries and baked goods look so tempting too… I wanted to try them all! If you’re in Brighton, you’ve got to check this place out. Just a heads up: it can be a little slow because they’ve got so many loyal regulars — but trust me, it’s 100% worth the wait.”
“This was our favorite brunch spot in Brighton and the best brunch we’ve had in the UK!! Unfortunately it was our last day in town so we didn’t have time to come back again, but definitely would have. The pancakes were melt in you mouth perfect and the jam was so good we tried asking if they sold it by the jar. Pistachio latte was great. The star of the show was the eggs on toast, which we definitely recommend!”
“Found this gem of a coffee shop!! Definitely a much needed and nice addition to Lewes. Too many high branded coffee shops take over towns but this one was perfect. Nice drinks and cakes. Will become a regular when we visit Lewes for sure”
“We went here for a coffee and a cake while we waited for the car having a mot at Mr MOT which was just a minute or two walk from here. A great place to relax while you stress over the car, or on any other day you feel like a coffee. Friendly staff, the iced latte was really nice and the cakes are a nice temptation. Definitely would recommend it here and will definitely be coming back”
“Sat in for a spot of brunch tucking into a spinach and ricotta roll with I think the most aesthetically pleasing mocha I’ve seen. Also, the taste matched the presentation. This may be the best coffee in town!”
“I only review a 5 star experience. Ok so I was visiting Brighton for business and changed upon this place. The aroma hit me as I was walking by and I simply had to go in. I chose a Vegan meal deal and was served by the simply beautiful Ayesha. You know when you are dealing with an person who is genuinely helpful and so friendly and positive. It really does make a difference. When I have a 5 star experience I offer the servers a free portrait. They mostly decline but Ayesha was flattered and loved the final results. Positive ambience, super tasty coffee, great meal deal value, wonderful staff.”
“Was here nearly two years ago and remembered the very friendly staff so sought it out when I visited again. Exactly the same; I’m not sure of the man’s name but he provides exemplary customer service.”
“Absolute Perfection: Top-Tier Coffee and Cake in Town!I stopped by Trading Post Coffee Roasters and can honestly say this is the best coffee experience I've had in ages. I ordered their classic pairing: a Flat White and a slice of Coffee Cake, and both were flawless. The Flat White was absolute liquid gold. It had perfectly extracted espresso with a deep, rich flavor, and the microfoam was silky smooth—a true sign of a skilled barista. It was the ideal temperature to savor right away. The Coffee Cake was the perfect companion. It was incredibly moist, packed with rich coffee flavor and spice, and had the most delicious crumb topping. It paired flawlessly with the bold coffee.Beyond the drinks and food, the atmosphere is fantastic—bustling but cozy, clearly a spot where people care deeply about the craft. If you're looking for genuinely top-notch coffee and baked goods, look no further. Five stars all the way!”
“Good quality coffee and friendly service. Thank you”
“Nice Kelly's ice-cream. Polite staff. Reasonable priced.”
“Lovely coffee, the Black forest latte is a revelation.. And the staff are fantastic!”
“Decent tea, decent chips, decent price, friendly people. Give this place your custom.”
“Great coffee..I can highly recommend the cheese, han and mustard toasties”
“Nice old school cafe . Sadly no "Poached" eggs for me. Also food was a little over fried up for me inc the mushrooms. Jane who runs the cafe on her own does an excellent job.”
“Busy café with so nice tarts ‼️”
“Iv been working in Brighton for 6 months and tried a few places to eat until i found the station cafe. Don't bother looking else where because you won't find a better cafe in Brighton. The staff were very friendly and enjoyed the banter .as for the food its 10/10 . All there meat is from local butchers and not cheep cash and carry stuff .hats off to all the staff and owners .keep up the good work and i will be definitely coming back next time im in Brighton”
“We came here for brunch as we had our dog with us and we needed somewhere that was dog-friendly. The ladies working there are super friendly and our order was taken quickly. The food came quickly and was well-cooked it didn't have excess grease and the portion size was great.”
“What a charming little cafe, we loved the toasties! Very cheery, friendly service and great value. Looks basic from the outside but don't be fooled, this is a classic local and well worth seeking out.”
“As I entered drift this morning with a friend the place was buzzing and very busy. It's so obvious why... the service was amazing and the food was to die for. We both had poached eggs on sour dough/multi grain toast with crispy bacon and vine tomatoes. The best breakfast I've had for a very long time. Very well presented and served. I will definitely revisit. Thankyou”
“Been in Seaford a week , tried a handful of restaurants and cafes . This is the best . Food really looked well presented , non greasy , good quality sausages and bacon . A really good price . Full English with mug of tea £7.30 . It might be a cafe but it is quality . Had a special offer of main meal for £6.00 . There are still bargains around .”
“Best Thai food we've had outside of Thailand. All the dishes we had were delicious and really fresh. Can't recommend Baan Thai 2 enough. The service from the young counter staff was also excellent. Thanks for a great meal.”
“Popped in for a quick breakfast and coffee. Wilfred wasted no time in devouring the croissant and lapping up the Cortados. Finished off with a babiccino with chocolate on top. Great location and good service”
“Upon entering, the service station has overall good vibes. The M&S food and merchandise is uniform to look at and the lighting isn’t too intense for nighttime visits. After feeling cold and alone, we desperately craved a safe, warm haven - and wild bean cafe provided just that. We ordered two hot chocolates, not even the luxury option, and we were NOT disappointed. The silky, chocolately flavour exploded in our mouths and it was like a warm hug. For one of the first times in our lives, we felt loved. Initially, we were skeptical of this service station drink, but it challenged our expectations in the best way by being exquisite. It proved to us that first impressions are not always what they seemed to be; a life lesson that we will take away with us wholeheartedly. We will certainly be coming back. p.s. the server was amazing.”
