“Thai Crystal was a total lifesaver with the kitchen open until 10pm when many other establishments had already closed kitchens at 9pm. I don’t mean to imply that it’s a last choice on the main restaurant street of Haywards Heath—it’s totally a first choice if you’re in the mood for filling Thai dishes. We loved our food. The staff was so friendly. The kitchen was quick for the amount of food we ordered. The prices are very reasonable (granted you aren’t in the middle of London). The menu is clearly marked with spicy, vegetarian, etc notations. The ambiance is nice with white tablecloths and napkins in addition to a TV looping calming landscape scenery. Thai Crystal has at least 2 other locations around London.”

“I only review a 5 star experience. Ok so I was visiting Brighton for business and changed upon this place. The aroma hit me as I was walking by and I simply had to go in. I chose a Vegan meal deal and was served by the simply beautiful Ayesha. You know when you are dealing with an person who is genuinely helpful and so friendly and positive. It really does make a difference. When I have a 5 star experience I offer the servers a free portrait. They mostly decline but Ayesha was flattered and loved the final results. Positive ambience, super tasty coffee, great meal deal value, wonderful staff.”

We both had poached eggs on sour dough/multi grain toast with crispy bacon and vine tomatoes. The best breakfast I've had for a very long time. Very well presented and served. “I work with video cameras and last March I had to do a show that required an external Ninja V monitor for a camera via battery power, without the battery being attached directly to the monitor. I had all the right components except a cable that could go out of the SmallRig 12v (2.1mm) plate into the Ninja V (2.5mm). I had ordered a DC power supply adapter – converting a 2.1mm male to a 2.5mm male, but it was coming in the mail I wasn’t sure if I was going to get to me on time - so in a last ditch effort I went all over Brighton and Hove into every electrical shop I could find for over 5 hours, asking for parts, everyone looked at me like I was crazy. Finally, I went into Street Sounds and explained to Richard what I was trying to do. He simply said bring in the cables and the device and let’s have a look. I went home grabbed the bits and brought everything back. He asked: All you want is a 2.1mm on onside and 2.5mm on other side of a cable? I was like Yep! He went that’s easy, cut the 2 x cables to desired length, soldered the cable, threw some shrink wrap on it, heat gunned and said “test that”. I did and it worked perfectly. I offered to pay for his help, he said no, I offered to buy him some drinks or something for his time. He said No, it was a simple easy job only took like 5 minutes and sometimes it’s enough to help someone and see how stuff works. I wish there was more people with this kind of outlook and customer service. Thank You!!! ”

“Decided to get a takeaway delivered so I could watch Brighton play their semi final. What a great decision. My food turned up hot and no errors on my order. I asked for a Chicken Tikka Vindaloo Hot,Hot,Hot. I added a special request for an addition of some bird eye chillies if possible. The food was superb. 1xVindaloo Hot Hot Hot. 1x Mushroom Rice 5 Poppadoms + Pickles etc. 1 King Prawn Puree 1 Onion Bahjees. Delicious 100% recommended.”
