“Our pups B+M love their time with We love pets. They’ve visited for stay overs with their boarding service while we have been away and have had many walking sessions. We know they love their time with Kirsty and Matt as anytime we walk past them or their house our pups get extremely excited. It’s really comforting knowing B+M are with people they’re comfortable with and who obviously love animals. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.”

“Had to make several visits with Minnie in last three weeks to have various tests and she has been diagnosed with Diabetes, needing insulin twice a day. I was quite taken a back by the substantial costs l have had to pay for everything so far, for the consultations, the treatment, tests and medical equipment l had to purchase. I was expecting to pay, but not as much as I have done, and this is still ongoing. Having said that, I could not fault the excellent service and attention Minnie has received so far. 30th July 2025 - Had to visit the vet again today as Minnie is not eating well and still drinking a lot. I had concerns, because I wasn't sure of the amount of insulin dosage l should give her. I phoned them yesterday afternoon and was told that I would receive a phone call that evening, as the vet was at another practice .I did receive the call, and they suggested they would make appointment for today, as vet wanted to see her. I was very grateful for the quick response. Vet did some more tests today, and her glucose levels were much to high. They want her to be monitored, and suggested she spends a whole day with them under supervision, so she goes in on Tuesday next week. I cannot fault the attention they have been giving her, and I can see that they care about the animals and do all they can to help them live the rest of their lives in comfort and painless.”

“I have known Trish for a very long time, the most important attribute that she has is her caring attitude towards all animals, Cats,Dogs and all wildlife. When someone gives a poor review they can at least have the decency to relay the complete story!! She would be considering the pets welfare before anything else. i think some pets need time to adjust to their new home, and maybe a little time and patience from the new owner, the outcome would have been so different. Keep up all the good and caring work you have done all your life and hope this pet is given time to adjust to her new enviroment.”

“Excellent service visiting the area for a few days and my dog who had been sick unexpectedly. Nothing to do with her surroundings or people as visits regularly. Managed to fit me in same day appointment. My dogs tail wagging for the first time in 2 days. Here till Saturday and advised if tge injection and meds don't work within 72 hours bring her back as they will keep her medical records open. Fantastic vets thank you for putting my mind at ease so quickly and looking after Sky.”

She did everything she could for him and then recommended next best step was referral which I did and it was the best thing for Mog. He is likely to still see Lizzie once a month for a monthly injection. Lizzie has also been brilliant helping me with my very elderly guinea pig! The whole team are very friendly and helpful.”

“Couldn’t recommend more! The staff were amazing, so kind and welcoming, friendly and so helpful. I have a litter of 9 puppies who all came for their microchips today. Not only did they help me with the puppies to and from my car, but helped entertain them all when they were either waiting or after being chipped, helped keep them happy when I was at the desk paying, just genuinely made my day so much easier and I cannot thank them enough. The vet himself (I’m sorry I don’t know his name!) was brilliant. Could see he was very confident, very reassuring and he made sure they all got some affection after he had finished. Again, thank you everyone!! Don’t hesitate to take you pet here, you won’t regret it. :)”

“Absolutely faultless! They were professional, kind and so knowledgeable. The vets offer lots of options to cover all price ranges, they take their time and don’t rush. The nurses are friendly, gentle and have a high level of knowledge. The staff on the desk (Georgia and Hannah) are treasures who have been nothing but delightful- keeping me informed, offering manageable appointments and being friendly and compassionate. I am so glad I moved to this practice for a second opinion.”

“We were recently referred by our local vets to see Gavin .Our eleven and a half year old Staffie had started to suffer from extreme lack of energy which we were concerned about.We got an early appointment with Gavin who advised us she would need to stay overnight for tests and treatments as needed .She was diagnosed with heart failure.Two months on She is a different dog running,playing and so much happier due to the medication as prescribed.So it is with the care and attention given by Gavin and his team that we have our Lovely Tia back enjoying a good life.We would highly recommend this surgery. It was 5.55pm and closing time, and young lady called Lisa answered, listened to my rambling very patiently and gave me good advice... DAISY Used one of her 9 lives, made it through to next morning. At 8.30 my phone rang and it was Lisa from STELLAR, to enquire after Daisy. That small act of kindness meant so much and reassured me that the lovely people at STELLAR VETS really are looking after Littlehampton pets. Give them a visit . You won't be disappointed. Ps.
