“We have been taking our dog to Cherry Tree for a few years now and we can’t be more satisfied. Whether it’s daycare, short stay or a 2-week stay, our dog is always happy to go and comfortable. During our last holiday the staff was so nice to send us some pictures of him when we asked. He gets all the walks, socialisation, treats and cuddles that he needs to have a happy stay. Everyone is great with dogs and they really care for them. For us it’s surely piece of mind while we’re away. Thank you!”

“Meridian Vets are absolutely brilliant- Larissa has been looking after our kitties for years and she’s just fabulous. She’s kind, considerate, professional and empathetic- all our kitties are and have been rescues, sometimes with a traumatic past so this has made a big difference to their care. They all love her ! All the other vets we’ve seen over the years have been great too and the nurses are fantastic and caring. The receptionists are brilliant- always kind and understanding . We would highly recommend this practice- Thank you Meridian for looking after our beloved pets x”

“Can't recommend this Pharmacy enough. I booked a travel vaccination appointment the day before I went. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip. He also gave me advice post-travel which was really helpful. Thanks so much!”

“Another great hair cut for the little fella. The staff make him feel comfortable and he always enjoys his visit. It might have something to do with the bone that I buy him after but I think it's because he enjoys the beauty treatment. Nails done, teeth cleaned, hair cut all in a couple of hours. Very happy”

In particular, I was there this morning and asked if I could briefly discuss a prescription & its side effects - the pharmacist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me to make a decision about an alternative medication. I really appreciated the time and attention he was able to give me during a busy morning, and want to thank him & his team for the work that they do. Merry Christmas!”

“Sally worked wonders with my feisty wire fox terrier. She is usually very difficult, hates her face and legs to be groomed, and I have usually had them cut as short as her body to ease her stress. But she came out looking as a w.f.t should, with beautiful fluffy well groomed legs and face. And, I was told how good she had been, a real testament to Sally, who seems to really understand the character of this breed.”

“Amazing, quality collars. This is the second time purchasing a scrufts collar as we have a new pup on the way. Unfortunately scufts didn't have the fabric colours in stock we wanted but instead of making us wait they have sent another collar free of charge to keep us going until the correct materials are back in stock, which they have also said we can keep as a spare. Fantastic customer service to top of a quality product. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“What a wonderful shop to go to. Not only is it fresh and open, the animals look well cared for. Adam, Tori and Nick are so helpful and they are not trying to hurry you out of the shop or forcing you to buy something. It's worth taking the little ones, as they have some lovely species of lizards that I have never seen or heard of. Fair pricing and if they haven't got what you want, they will try to get it in. I could spend hours in there. 'Simply the best!!!'”

“I have known Trish for a very long time, the most important attribute that she has is her caring attitude towards all animals, Cats,Dogs and all wildlife. When someone gives a poor review they can at least have the decency to relay the complete story!! She would be considering the pets welfare before anything else. i think some pets need time to adjust to their new home, and maybe a little time and patience from the new owner, the outcome would have been so different. Keep up all the good and caring work you have done all your life and hope this pet is given time to adjust to her new enviroment.”
