Owning a breed with a similarly complex coat himself, Jamie exudes confidence and skill, which put me at ease immediately. He is incredibly good with my boy, Bear, who with is a large pup with a complex coat, absolutely loves going there. He literally skips in! The staff's expertise doesn't end with grooming. Jacqui provides excellent dietary advice and has an outstanding selection of food, treats, and even toys to choose from. Their Christmas Grotto is a delightful bonus. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the team, you know your furbaby is in great hands. Adam, Tori and Nick are so helpful and they are not trying to hurry you out of the shop or forcing you to buy something. It's worth taking the little ones, as they have some lovely species of lizards that I have never seen or heard of. Fair pricing and if they haven't got what you want, they will try to get it in. “Can't recommend this Pharmacy enough. I booked a travel vaccination appointment the day before I went. On the day I was greeted by friendly staff and had a simple, yet thorough consultation on what vaccines were recommended. For someone who has never needed vaccinations for travel, I felt a bit confused when searching for information myself and the lovely pharmacist (sorry I don't know your name) led me through everything personalised to my trip. He also gave me advice post-travel which was really helpful. Thanks so much!”

“Meridian Vets are absolutely brilliant- Larissa has been looking after our kitties for years and she’s just fabulous. She’s kind, considerate, professional and empathetic- all our kitties are and have been rescues, sometimes with a traumatic past so this has made a big difference to their care. They all love her ! All the other vets we’ve seen over the years have been great too and the nurses are fantastic and caring. The receptionists are brilliant- always kind and understanding . We would highly recommend this practice- Thank you Meridian for looking after our beloved pets x”

“I seem to be visiting the vets way too often for my liking, I have 2 dogs and they seem to take turns not being well. As always the team are compassionate towards my pets, are thorough and are happy to spend the time diagnosing and explaining my options. Whilst not cheap (what vet is?) they try to minimise where possible the costs incurred. I love having a local vet a couple of minutes away with a 24 hr emergency also on my doorstep should the need arise (which it has more than once). For these reasons for me it is good value for peace of mind.”

“We have been taking our dog to Cherry Tree for a few years now and we can’t be more satisfied. Whether it’s daycare, short stay or a 2-week stay, our dog is always happy to go and comfortable. During our last holiday the staff was so nice to send us some pictures of him when we asked. He gets all the walks, socialisation, treats and cuddles that he needs to have a happy stay. Everyone is great with dogs and they really care for them. For us it’s surely piece of mind while we’re away. Thank you!”
