They also stored kept hold of the car overnight until the dealership could collect and repair under warranty and still would not charge me for their time and effort. They booked my car in within a week, diagnosed it as a faulty part, and had it fixed the next day, free of charge. These guys will definitely have all of my business going forward!”

I recently got my wheels refurbished - the problem now is that the wheels look so good the car now needs a new paint job to keep up! The owner is fantastic - a lady who can’t do enough for you and is a genuine petrol head so knows her stuff and who clearly cares about her business and her customers. The staff are also all great - their quality of work is top notch and they seem like a genuinely nice bunch of people. Most importantly they’re trustworthy; I took my car there recently to have a tyre looked at and they could have probably told me I needed a new one but gave me an honest opinion that it wasn’t necessary. “I purchased a BMW 220D XDrive in April, I dealt with Ollie who was very professional and made the whole buying experience one to remember. As I was buying the car from a long distance I asked for videos of the car to ensure I wasn't wasting my time. Ollie quickly sent me over plenty of detailed videos which where a great help. Buying the car was the best car buying experience I've had, the car was very well presented and everyone on site was extremely friendly and welcoming. While buying the car I decided to opt for the extended warranty, as I live around 200 miles away from the showroom we discussed how the warranty would work if anything where to happen and it was agreed that I would be able to send the car to a BMW approved garage around in my area. I encountered a few issues with the car after a few months of owning it, spoke to Ollie who replied straight away and was keen to help me get it sorted, booked the car into a BMW specialist and it was all sorted within the week, no arguments about price or who's liability it is- the car is now bang on.
