“All OK. All the products are always in stock. Helpful staff.”
“I regularly use marksbury co op and garage and have always found the staff courteous and pleasant. I have actually walked in on customers regularly mouthing off to the staff for little things like having to wait for a costa coffee whilst it was being refilled with milk. Absolutely pathetic, if customers give a little thanks and polite words to the staff they would be amazed at how it would be reciprocated, I think it's just called being pleasant, try it sometime!”
“Look forward to visiting coop to collect paper each morning and to and to make small talk to assistants especially Valerie 4720 who I find very sociable and accomadating”
“Joe was a wonderful patron, he helped me do my shopping whilst the shop was quiet. Going into a supermarket with social anxiety can be very difficult but people like joe make it a whole lot easier!”
“I was served by Jasmine, who was an absolute star, beyond friendly, quick and efficent. Will definitely be using this store again!”
“I had an issue with an order placed through Deliveroo where the wrong order was delivered to me and Deliveroo was refusing to refund/redeliver to me despite me providing all the evidence to them that I had received the wrong order - anyway, after speaking directly to store manager Andy, he agreed to personally re-deliver the order himself and also threw in a box of chocolates to apologise for the situation so I am extremely grateful for that.”
“My local coop. Tiny, but all the essentials. Sweet helpful staff.”
“A tad expensive but u can get what you need”
“Had an issue with printing the receipt at the self service, a very nice gentleman came to help and he was extremely polite and calm! Thank you to that man for his help and I hope he gets a pay rise or a promotion soon!”
“Local store very handy if you need bits and pieces”
“This place was neat and clean when I lived in the Neiborhood back in 2018 to 2020! Easy to get vegetables and other Food items. Indian/Asians foods such as rice and masalas were not available.”
“Staff always very helpful, polite, and cheerful. A pleasure yo shop here. And although comparatively small, holds a good range of all foods.”
“For a relatively small supermarket this Co Op seems to have everything you could possibly need and things you never even thought about buying are available. Nice well laid out shop, even has a cash machine, also has several disabled parking places. Staff I have met over the passed 3 years have been helpful, kind, knowledgeable and willing to help you. I think they like where they work and it shows. I like going there.”
“This co-op store is a lifeline for us. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even though they work in a shop that is daily the victim of theft. They work without a security guard and still keep a cheerful friendly shop. The manager is excellent. Ziv has made positive changes and supports her staff and customers. Thankyou co-op station rd.”
“Nice store. Food options to eat at the services or to buy and take home to eat later”
“This is a small, local food shop. It has a carpark with Blue Badge parking. It does not stock masses of items. But keeps the locals stocked up on essentials - bread ,milk, sandwiches, pet food, booze, tobacco etc. It is very busy at all times it is open. People know what they want ,get it and go. Usually security in place to deter shoplifters. So safe place to go.”
“Nice and very friendly staff. I like shopping in this store. Prices ok. I recommend !!”
“Always polite and friendly, helpful with my package drop-offs. Still had some Easter eggs on Easter morning - phew! and the nice girl behind the counter offered me a free coffee. I sometimes use the Cook fridge or pick up milk and bread here. I would use it more if there was better parking.”
“Woo there open till 10pm today so if anyone is running low then hop on over its my local mini shop and I love it. Cost a little bit extra but it's a convenient store and they do have promo items”
“Well laid out store. Bright, airy with air con in summer. Good range of products. Good offers. Well stocked shelves. 4 self checkout machines. Easily accessible with automatic doors and no step to get into the store. On street parking outside but gets busy peak times. Good local co-op”
“The store is very clean and tidy. All the staff are very nice and Helpful. Sometimes they look a bit miserable. There's one cold sam she's very rude. She always talks about The customers, When she's on her head set. She hasn't any customer skills. Because she didn't concentrate She can't make mistakes a bit.”
“Good little local shop. Limited choice of fresh meat. Short dates on bread but maybe due to pandemic. Staff are helpful and friendly.”

“A very large Co-op store at this location. Also provides you with a big enough free parking place. Massive number of products to choose from while also many discounts and deals usually available. Have a Co-op membership card with you to collect even more offers and cashback. Store was Busy but at the same time shelves were stocked and faced up. The staff were also very kind.”

“CO-OP is an excellent store that never disappoints! Despite being a chain, it always feels local and welcoming. The shelves are consistently stocked with fresh produce, quality groceries, and everything you need for daily shopping. The staff are polite, efficient, and always ready to help, which makes the shopping experience so much better. Plus, CO-OP’s focus on sustainability and support for local suppliers is truly commendable. A reliable and trustworthy place to shop—highly recommended!”
