“Recently I had two crowns and a bridge installed at Oldbury Court Dental Centre. The new 'teeth' fit in wonderfully. I feel they are robust. My dentist very nicely chose the matching colour and patiently taught me how to clean them. Her pretty smile and craftsmanship were very impressive. The ladies at the reception were helpful and considerate. They always sent me reminders of my appointments. Their hard work deserves a five star!”

He is a perfectionist but at least you know he is doing what he needs to do for the best possible outcome for you. “I just wanted to thank Emma from the patient coordinator team, Debra (practice manager), Dr. Giles and the lady at the blood clinic for making it such a smooth experience. They were all absolutely lovely and made me feel like I was in good hands. While it wasn't necessary to have a blood test, they gave me the option to have one in order to eliminate a possible (but rare) cause of what may be causing my symptoms, and they were able to squeeze me in on the same day and even inform me of the results later that afternoon by text message. That really gave me some piece of mind. I was very impressed by the service.”

“I hadn't been to see the GP in a good few years; I booked an appointment easily once I was set up on the NHS Patient Access app with the help of the receptionist. Appointment was in two weeks time, it wasn't urgent, so this suited me fine. I saw Doc Jessica Lloyd. She was extremely helpful, listened to what I had to say and followed up with me getting some tests. I felt like she genuinely cared, and this helped put my mind to rest. Two weeks later, I had my blood taken by Samantha Edgar. This is the first time I'd had blood taken, and it was quick and painless. Overall, a very positive experience at Grange Road Surgery!”

“As an Aussie who had just moved to Bristol, Bridge View Southville was my first experience with the NHS. I have found any flaw with this surgery is something completely out of their hands.
