“Had a wonderful expierence at the clinic yesterday! Had gone in for 2 hours and was greated with the lovely receptionist who was able to explain to me what would happen, which calmed me as I can get quite anxious with most things health related. My expirience with Jaylei and Sarah was nothing short of amazing, such lovely people, very informative and happy to answer all of my questions. All in all, amazing at their jobs! “I'm not sure if this review is directly relevant for the Bristol Clinic, however, Clinical Partners did my autism and ADHD diagnosis through Right To Choose in December 2023. I felt I wanted to leave a review as I have seen a lot of negative reviews. Right from the start, Clinical Partners were friendly, professional and fast. The reception that I first spoke to (unsure if they were from the Bristol Clinic) was very friendly and understanding. Clinical Partners promised they would get a diagnosis done in 12 weeks. I am incredibly impressed because they started the process after 7 weeks! The autism assessment was thorough, in depth and really gave me an opportunity to express my experiences. My ADHD assessment was difficult as it was two straight hours of questions. Overall, I am very proud of Clinical Partners as they are making a significant contribution to the NHS by providing in depth and fast diagnosis. Thank you Clinical Partners, Angus Davidson”

“Saw Dr Gaye and Huda the hygienist. Have been a patient of Gaye and this practice since I was a child but hadn’t been since before the pandemic and got through to reception on 2 rings. They were able to book me in the next week. Gaye is great and did a checkup and Huda was friendly and did a really thorough clean. She took her time to go through my dental routine and recommend the correct size interdental brushes. Although the hygienist is private, the price was extremely reasonable. He’s refreshingly honest and straight-talking – no sugar-coating, no false promises – just clear and direct about what he was going to do and what to expect. I found that honesty so reassuring. And then there’s Jess, who is warm, calming and so supportive throughout. Together they make the perfect team: Mike’s skill and precision, with Jess’s kindness and care. They really are phenomenal at what they do. The change has been incredible. I underestimated just how good the result would be. My new smile has given me a whole new sense of confidence. I’m 58, and I was so worried dentures would look obvious or make me look older – but it’s been the complete opposite. People kept saying I looked brighter, like I’d been on holiday, without realising it was my smile. They couldn’t tell at all that I had dentures, which is amazing.
