“Really good afternoon throwing axes...Isaac was a good Instructor with a good mix of humour and seriousness and although we thought 70 mins would be a long time it went by so fast....the bottomless brunch was also good with the pizza being tasty and big enough (with the drinks).”

“I had an incredible time last night at Bristol Bachata! The atmosphere was lively and filled with energy. The dancers were amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed dancing and having fun with everyone. The music was fantastic, and the instructors Jan and Paulina were so talented and supportive. It was a perfect evening of dance and enjoyment. I can't wait to come back for more! “Staple Hill's best kept secret. No pretentious frills, just great tasting food in a chilled friendly space. All the tapas we tried were incredibly tasty, served fresh and hot. The cod and asparagus was sublime, just cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and attentive, definitely has a family run feel. Highly recommended.”

“We came here after reading a few recommendations, and they were absolutely right! We had the vegetable pakora and the lamb chops for starters, paneer chilli masala, lamb five jewels, pilau rice and kulcha nann. It was all very fresh and super flavourful, the meat was tender, can't fault this meal. Plenty of choice for both carnivores and vegetarians. Friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back!”

“We are a perfectionist, hardly leave reviews, however this place absolutely deserves one! No fault to the food, simply delicious and cooked to perfection. The service was wonderful we felt we were in knightsbridge (London). What we loved most is that this place is a true Italian unlike most Italian restaurants around which are a company rather than a family business. “Fantastic food, cocktails and super friendly staff. From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. As first time customers we had everything explained to us as we were seated. The staff gave us tips on how to order the food and dishes that they recommended. They were talkative and made you feel comfortable. The decore of the place is pretty and cosy, with window seats and cushions on benches. Pretty wall decorations and a bar. The food is in the traditional style of Sri Lanka. A wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options as well as a rage of different meat options. They also cater well to allergies. You get food in Tapas style dishes so would recommend getting 4 or 5 dishes to share (that would be enough for 3 or 4 people. All dishes were bursting with flavour but would recommend the lamb curry, stone pot pork and fat sister (a pumpkin and pandan leaf curry) We had a fantastic rum cocktail that involved our waiter setting the top on fire upon arrival, very impressive! Will definitely be back!”
