“Really helpful and polite colleagues. Had an appointment booked but due to a long wait, one of the colleagues drove me back home which saved me a bus or taxi. After finding a new problem with the car, Tim invited me into the garage to talk it through. I didn't feel judged at all for not knowing the ins and outs of the parts and it was obvious that they just wanted to help. Really appreciate everything you have done, thank you Tim and Dylan.”

“Booked this hotel the night before flying from Bristol airport. Staff were friendly and efficient and check in was quick and easy. The room we had was clean and very comfortable. I also booked car parking for the week with shuttle transfer to the airport, for some reason it wasn't available at 4am the following morning, but without even asking they arranged a complementary taxi to take us, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. pick up from the airport was just as efficient, just a call to the driver and ten minutes later he arrived to take us back to our car. Just couldn't find fault with this hotel or any of there staff.”

She has given advice on job advertising and the steps for employing a non-EU citizen. Her replies to my emails have always been quick and she has even taken the time to phone me if she felt it would be easier than replying by email. If we had to employ another non-EU citizen, I would use IAS again. I totally trust them!”

“My nails really are perfect! The man who did my set was so professional, he took his time and was gentle. Usually when I get my nails done it is a very painful experience but he was just amazing. Every pearl was placed with perfect precision and they look just like my reference image. They offer you refreshments and there are two super cute dogs too. The nails were more a bit more expensive than I’m used to paying but for the level of care and hard work that went into my nails I was happy to pay it. Will definitely be back, thankyou! Xx”

“Stayed 2 nights at the beginning of August with my dog who had major surgery at Bristol Vets Specialists which was a 10 minute walk away. Was so convenient, especially as pets were allowed. Staff were amazing, particularly Katie, who gave hugs and empathy the day my dog had surgery, I would also like to thank Nicola and Sian too.
