“Incredible Italian Deli in bath with an array of great ingredients as well as some amazing sandwiches made fresh right in front of you. So fresh that you can see them baking the bread before putting the toppings in it! I asked what they recommended and went with the number 3 which came with mortadella, pesto, burrata etc. It was delicious and I wish we had more places like this in Brighton.”

“Amazing food! I had the scallops, then duck, and then the chocolate ganache to finish - all dishes were very delicious and cooked well. The cheese board also has a great selection of cheeses, and they give you a mountain of crackers. The staff were also lovely and attentive. “Had an amazing lunch here today. After smelling delicious food half way down the road I decided to stop in and give it a try. The food was amazing and worth every penny. The waiters display passion and dedication which I really appreciated. Sitting near the bar and watching the bartender carefully make and serve drinks was a delight. “We had the 7 course tasting menu, I had the farm & sea then my partner had the land option which we shared the lot. Thank God we did as it would have been an incredible shame to miss out on some of the dishes! Every single bite was truly incredible, so many levels of flavour and such perfect combinations, truly hats off to the chef. The wine pairing was such a highlight as well, some very unique wines that fitted perfectly with the dishes but were also devine on their own. The service completed the evening, it was so attentive but not at all in your face, they were both very knowledgeable on the dishes and the wines. They also added a really homely, welcoming vibe which was so refreshing. Far too many places doing this level of food have a element of snobbery which can be off putting but not these two, they made us feel so welcomed and created such a warm environ. Without a doubt would visit again and will be recommending to anyone and everyone!”

“We only came here because the restaurants we wanted to go to were closed, and thank god they were. The garlic bread with cheese was really good, the pepperoni and the cheese from the pepperoni pizza was absolutely delicious, and the fries we got were one of the best fries I’ve tasted this year, I finished it in a few minutes. The waiters were also really friendly and nice, only criticism I have is the 4 person table we sat on was kind of small, forcing me to be a bit separated from the table. Either way, the interior was also really beautiful, especially the paintings.”

“Had a gorgeous dinner here with my boyfriend for my birthday and it was incredible. 5 star food. The only steak restaurant we’ve ever seen where you can choose your sauce, butter and salt. Such a lovely touch. Staff were very attentive and made me feel very special for my birthday with a special dessert too. Thank you!”

“So I have been past so many times thinking s as about popping in and I’m so glad I did, the pizzas were exactly what we wanted, really nicely presented and soft drinks so can’t really comment on the full range but looks good, the man who served us was very kind allowing the dogs to sit with us and the price was very good so it’s a big thumbs up. “We went during the Xmas markets and a rugby game. Everywhere was packed and it was no exception here. The staff were still brilliant, attentive, correct with the order's, didn't forget to bring extra drinks etc. The food was still delicious and well cooked. The chef was working flat out full speed the whole time we were there and so were the servers. Really surprised and impressed with the service.”

“First time ordering, communication was great, ordered 8 pizzas for collection from Beckington yesterday (Tuesday evenings in village hall car park) and can honestly say they were some of the best pizzas we have ever had. They were bigger than expected and thought we’d have leftovers, but not a chance, no one could stop until they had gone. Fantastic, thoroughly recommend x”

“We had a truly exceptional dining exeperience. It was our anniversary dinner, my husband requested we have a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival which was very kindly prepared for us. The occassion was acknowledged throughout our meal, with a “happy anniversary” message on our dessert plates. Such a lovely touch. Staff were incredibly friendly and knowleadgeble, we felt very well looked after. We started with the selection of breads with soft basil butter. It was a great variety of fresh bread and breadsticks. We both had the scallops for our starters, a nice mix of well balanced flavours and excellent nduja! The mains (duck, venison) were perfectly cooked medium rare with lovely sauces and flavours. The only item we would skip next were the confit potatoes, which unfortunately were undercooked and did not have much of a taste to them. Our desserts were a tiramisu and the pistachio eggnog mousse, both perfectly light and not too sweet but well balanced. We finished our meal with limoncello (as you do). Everything was top quality and full of flavour. The wine selection was interesting, great variety especially on the bottled special wine list, with very reasonable prices. We went with their recommendations for each meal and the pairings they suggested were great. The restaurant is on the smaller side and the table we were seated was on the smaller end, however this did not take away from the enjoyment. We could tell how serious they take their food, service and customers. The restaurant is expensive but you get what you pay for. We can’t wait to be back.”

“Had a lovely birthday lunch at Ponte Vecchio last week. We were well looked after by Tommy in particular, but all of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Food was all delicious, especially the scallop starter they had on special. Will definitely go back next time we're in Bath, highly recommended.”

“The food here is first rate and the place is spotless. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. A huge mixed veg meze was £10. Between the two of us (inc drinks and coffee) was £40 and we had two boxes of food to take away. Very interesting selection of food and drink. Certainly worth visiting - we will definitely be back.”

“We had two cappuccino and one lemon cake here. Coffee was really good however lemon cake was old and taste like fridge. Hope you understand what I meant. It tasted like they’ve put it into the fridge without covering it with anything.”
