They didn’t rush the appointment at all – it was so relaxing, thorough, and professional. You can really tell they put effort into giving their clients the best experience. I’ve tried many different salons in Bristol, both in the city centre and beyond, but this one truly stands out as the best. Even some of my friends have switched to this salon after trying it, and we’re all really happy with their service. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality you get. “After arriving at this beautifully decorated nail salon I was offered a range of drinks and made very comfortable. Toni explained what she would be doing, which I really appreciate as I like to know what's going on. There were lots of colours to choose from, so I decided on black and gold. We chatted and laughed like two old friends, dispite having just met. Background music was on point and even though I went in for nails, I had a really lovely time.... Also my nails are now gorgeous!”

“I have been going to this salon for nearly four months fr the full facial Caci treatments. Carolina is my therapist and she is amazing, she manages to make me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. The treatment is full on but she is so good, even at the less than relaxing parts and I leave every time with my skin feeling and looking wonderful. I could not recommend this treatment or this therapist more. I look forward to going back next month. It is expensive but it is worth every penny, and I would rather spend my money on something that makes a difference than waste it on trying to find the right 'economical' treatment. Thank you.”
