At just past 5.30pm yesterday evening (9/10/24), I knocked on the door of Zucci, Bath to see if they could answer a quick question with regards to an item that I was looking for. The reason I knocked was that the store had closed up for the day, but staff (I assume manager/owner and a colleague) were present tidying away the days activities. Now my desier to write this review is not based solely on the fact that the door was opened (with a smile), but my questions answered and a fantastic product was both offered and excepted (...may I add, at a very good price too!). In essence, service and experience that I received from Zucci last night is rare and should not be overlooked... 10/10!! Well done Zucci and thank you.”

I saw a picture of some beautiful honeysuckle and bumble bee he’d drawn and knew instantly I wanted it as a tattoo. I was nervous at first about how it would translate onto my body but Stew took the time to talk me through different positions and what would work best for me. He put me totally at ease during the process and was truly professional at the same time. I was delighted with the results and received so many complements which was nice. Stew has since drawn and tattooed me a beautiful Jay bird and I’m sure I’ll be back for more.”
